They are comfortable and sound good but I think there’s too many buttons which makes it hard to find the volume buttons and there’s no button to change the songs. Also, there’s alight on the right side and my glasses reflect it. Very annoying.

I have always bought JBL equipment, it is my first time purchasing headphones, as always they never disappoint me.

Yeah, I really enjoy these headphones! I work outside and they double duty in keeping my ears warm. Battery lasts forever. I like that they fit over my entire ear rather than the smaller styles which kind of crush and create pressure over time. I wear these comfortably my entire shift. 

So far so good. Nice quality and sound. You can't beat the sale price right now.

I bought this 1 year ago, few months ago the te plastic on the hinges started to chip, on the right side, 2 weeks ago it finally broke, on the left side its already crack, I regreted buying this,

I've been using these for two years now; the sound quality is top notch, they're light, and my ears can go longer before getting fatigued wearing these. they charge up really quickly and i can watch 2-3 movies before they run out. Ear cups are incredibly soft and they fold up pretty small for travelling.

I don’t personally find the noise cancellation to work well, in some cases it makes outside noises louder but this may just be my case. Not good for running, even walking as you can clearly hear your foot steps reverberating in the headphones. Got these for the gym but not sure they are suitable to do so. Also not very loud, Apple headphones have a louder and clearer sound quality. Not worth it!

I'd rate these an excellent product as expected from JBL. They're lightweight, comfortable and great sounding. Long lasting battery is a plus and the Bluetooth pairs very well to my phone/tablet. Thanks again Best Buy!

My headphones last for good six months but it the plastic start to chip and break off the headphones.

Love em! SUPER comfortable, so much so i have fallen asleep with them on numerous times. Great battery life. Awesome sound quality. The noise canceling is a great bonus. My only complaint is that they arent quite loud enough for me, I dont think most people would be upset with the upper limit of volume though.

over all these are really good headphones. I played with a mix of Dire Straits, Steely Dan and Run DMC so far via amazon HD. They sound pretty darn good without the JBL headphone app EQ on. I personally seem to like them a little better with the apps EQ set to the preset Jazz setting so far. I'll probably play with the EQ though. They connect very easily and quickly and the noise canceling feature works great. There IS a very faint fuzz when the phones are on with no load but as far as I can tell it doesn't seem to effect an audio sound in any way. I only gave them a 4 because A) they are a bit tight and at least to me were fairly uncomfortable within 30 mins or so. B) As I've found with anything driven by Harmon tech they aren't very loud. Mind you, they do sound great even at lower levels and if you're purely listening to the sound they are good. That said full volume isn't at all too loud even for headphones. I personally have decided I don't mind this but if you happen to like blasting out your ear drums these won't do it. At least not via a phone and streaming app. Lastly, the EQ via the headphone app is infinitely adjustable however, there are only presets for jazz, vocal and extra bass. You can make, save and name your own however but some people might not like that there's not many presets to chose from.

Great sound, noise cancelling is amazing. I use them when working with loud engine noise so saves my ears. Only downside is they pause play when I bend down pick something off the ground which is annoying, my previous JBL did that as well. Not sure why it does that but comfort is great. The battery legit works forever. My phone picks up the Bluetooth easily and great connection no crackle.

Finally some affordable noise canceling headphones that check all the boxes and within a normal budget. The charge on these last a week with moderate to heavy use. The noise is better than all other headphones I’ve worn. Granted, I’ve never worn Beats or the pricey Sony, but I can tell you that ive worn plenty and these are by far the best. I plan on buying more as gifts for birthdays and Christmas this year. Definitely a must have for people who enjoy comfort, privacy, music/gaming/movies. #noregrets

These are super good headphones for the price. My wife got the bose 700s (much more expensive) and we both felt the sound quality was about the same for both of them. We will probably return the bose. Maybe the q45 had slightly better bass. But surprisingly, they were actually more comfortable than the bose. I would say the only drawback in comparison to the 700s are that they don't look quite as pretty. However the transparency mode, noise cancellation and sound quality were all about the same.

Absolutely amazing headphones!! Comfort, clarity, bass, battery life..... they have it all!!!
