These headphones have exceeded my expectations, although for the price of course they are worth it. The sound is clear and powerful, with deep bass and defined treble. The construction quality is very robust, which gives me confidence in its durability. After using them for several months, I am still impressed with their consistent performance. It's worth every penny, especially if you're looking for something durable and high quality!!!

They fit well. The noise canceling is well above prior ear buds I've owned all within same price point. The ability to control through the case is very convenient.

The noise cancellation is really good, i got it on sale so it was worth every dollar 10/10, also the little screentouch is fun to use

I buy a lot of headphones. I probably spend more on them than on my tablets and phones. Unfortunately, these headphones were a disappointment. The sound was fine, but not exceptional (not as loud as my Air Pods), the touch function too sensitive, and the case was flimsy, notwithstanding the unusual touch screen functionality, which is more of gimmick than a useful function. I returned it to Best Buy after 10 days when the charging case just stopped taking a charge (unless you held the plug just right). FORTUNATELY, Best Buy gave me a no-questions asked refund. I will probably use my refunded rewards points to buy Sony or the new Air Pod Pro 3s, as I'm not taking another chance on JBL's headphone products.

Fantastic sound quality and perfect for working out or doing anything physical really. The screen on the case is super fun and convenient and the JBL app is super helpful too.

I would have given these 4 stars if mine hadn’t been defective. I’m using them with a Galaxy S25, and overall, the experience was great — sound quality is very good, the fit is comfortable even with my small ear canals, pairing was simple, the JBL app works well, and the ANC performs as expected for this price range. Unfortunately, the right earbud developed a faulty amplifier that randomly bursts out painful, full-volume noise. JBL’s warranty service was quick and painless, but the defect itself was disappointing. I’d still recommend them, but I deducted one star because of the issue.

Very good quality earbuds love the jbl brand has very good noise canceling and other features never once fall out.

i love these! they're comfy enough to wear when i sleep. sadly, they're not noise canceling enough to block out my partner's snoring. LOL

Its a great product. It doesn't hurt my ears and I can listen for hours at a time.

Noise cancellation works like a charm on these, the only issue I have is if your pockets are kinda softer fabric and your leg is on the screen it may skip or stuff, but not bad at all

The best earbuds on the market! I use this to listen to music while bicycling. Smooth, clear with excellent base. Will strongly recommend this product.

Bought it for my husband for Christmas. It seems to love them. Very clear when i call him. It told me the only thing bad is sometimes it doesn’t stay in his ears when he worked out.

Its ok i wish it had foam tips tho the sound is good i had better for cheaper headbuds
