They've given up on quality apparently

So problems right out of the box. Won't stay connected, a slight breeze will start and stop your playback, but at the same time takes thirty attempts for it to register a finger. And now with the new update, the charging case is now just a case. Customer support is non existent and warranties are apparently a buzzword and not a real thing over at JBL. Avoid at all costs.

Not the best headphones for gym use. You can still hear any noise when the noise canceling setting is on. The music does not sound loud enough to be noise canceling.

Sound great, I usually don't like stem earbuds but these fit great. The case works pretty well also. The app is great. The build quality is solid and the anc works well. I used them on a flight and it blocked out everything but a bit of engine noise.

great value for these earbuds. i exchanged the Live Buds 3 for these because the buds were very hard to hold and insert; i would drop them all the time. the stems on the Live Beam 3 is nice to help hold it. the silicone eartips it comes with are so-so, i recommend finding memory foam ear tips as it helps seal and enhance the sound. also the app is okay, when it updates your device it takes along time but i use it more than the case touch screen. the touch screen is good but i dont use it really at all.

Well I could go on and on and I've only had these for under 48 hours and they are straight disappointment not even that they are practically a scam for the price , my old air pods that are broken sound louder than this all though it says clear audio it's slightly clear but it's too quiet, I keep trying to turn them up but they're already at max volume bringing me to a confused and disappointed state. Not only is the equalizer trash you can't even make it to your liking because there's only presets the screen on the case is beyond extra and horrible to use...pointless almost now the case is what really gets me not even nice for what your paying for at least make the package it comes in make it not feel like a pair of awful skull candies that are 160 dollars cheaper. Beyond not worth the price it's all a placebo because I can't even get good bass or loud audio yet the package it comes out says clear audio . beyond disappointment please JBL actually put some effort instead of some money making scheme I CANT EVEN HAVE NON MONO AUDIO FIR THESE THINGS THEY MAKE ME SO MAD. I KEEP TRYING TO Turn UP VOLUME BUT THIER Already AT MAX WHAT IS THIS HORRIBLE SCAM I HAVE BEEN LED INTO
