I am very impressed with all the features these earbuds have to offer. The screen on the case can control many functions functions without using your phone. The EQ is easy to use to get the sound just right. The ambient aware mode lets you hear your music and hear what is going on around you, which is great for using these at work. My wife liked these so much she has these, too.

Sound is awesome. Have a little trouble with the posts. Don't seem to fit in ear far enough, slip out if you're moving around too much. All in all, great sound and highly tunable.

These are the best noise-cancelling ear buds I've ever had. Love the smart case, the app, and the assortment of sizes to fit my ears exactly.

Honestly, stay away. Sound quality is good like most jbl products. Everything else is horrible. Anc turns on by itself, whenever it wants to, despite me purposefully turning it off repeatedly on the app, and on the case. There is no way to turn this case, or the earbuds, off. Half the time the case was extremely low battery when they had just been charged recently. To add to not being able to completely turn off either earbuds/case, for some reason the bluetooth on these think theyre allowed to have priority over everything else, even when 'everything else' is connected and playing. These things will randomly decide they want to kick your current receiving device off and hog your connection, to just simply sit there and be connected. Computer connected to another device? Kicked off by these. Car connected to my phone to let music play? Nah, car kicked off so these can force a connection, just to sit in a backpack. The fun thing is that nobody even so much as looked at them, and theyre hijacking source connections. To the point where any time they were used, they had to be deleted from anything they were connected to, to prevent them from randomly connecting for no reason. The amount of times I've had to reconnect my phone to my vehicle because of these things is probably a world record. Ive had tons of wireless earbuds, and these Live Buds have had more problems than all of them combined. Whats worse is Best Buy has unrealistic return windows that rendered these non-returnable despite being massively defective. Customer service made an appointment with their Geek Squad to have them looked at, and had me drive 40 miles 1 way to a store, because I honestly wanted them repaired for the sound quality, just for them to tell me they can't do anything and I need to contact the manufacturer. Manufacturer replaced them, but I doubt I'm even going to open the packaging. They'll likely go on ebay at a loss. Made the decision to replace these with GalaxyBuds3Pro before the replacement was delivered, which both arrived on the same day. Save yourself $100, higher end Anker and Skullcandy earbuds will sound the exact same with Kiwiears tips and a decent equalizer setting, without any of the nonsense.

These little ear buds are fantastic! The case is pretty cool and functional with changing volume‚ setting the sound stage‚ and changing music along with other features. The charge lasts a while and is perfect for when I'm out and about. Excellent sound quality from these earbuds. I highly recommend them.

Earbuds work great for taking calls. Cancelling noise when working around loud machines and able to enjoy music

I love the sound of JBL earbuds and these don't disappoint. They are also very comfortable, maybe the most comfortable buds I've ever had.

I really enjoy the quality of these earbuds and I like how you can change the bass of the ear buds and adjust the noise canceling as well

I love JBL. Have never truly dispointef me other than their Xtreme series of bluetooth speakers. One thing abojt them is they can tend to price gouge for the pure fact they afe well known. Not in their earbuds or headphones. These are awesome and they have a pretty cool case. Ive tried alot of earbuds and id put these in the good teir. They could be improved like anhthing could be. But they fit great. Have great subbass, and their ANC is good enough to get the job done.

I buy a lot of headphones. I probably spend more on them than on my tablets and phones. Unfortunately, these headphones were a disappointment. The sound was fine, but not exceptional (not as loud as my Air Pods), the touch function too sensitive, and the case was flimsy, notwithstanding the unusual touch screen functionality, which is more of gimmick than a useful function. I returned it to Best Buy after 10 days when the charging case just stopped taking a charge (unless you held the plug just right). FORTUNATELY, Best Buy gave me a no-questions asked refund. I will probably use my refunded rewards points to buy Sony or the new Air Pod Pro 3s, as I'm not taking another chance on JBL's headphone products.

The noise cancellation is really good, i got it on sale so it was worth every dollar 10/10, also the little screentouch is fun to use

I searched far and wide and read thru dozens of reviews and landed on these buds. I’m an over the ear headphone kind of gal usually, but I wanted something comfortable to sleep in so I can listen to my podcast and music without disturbing my husband. I found that I love them so much I got a pouch to carry them around all the time. 10/10 would recommend.

I would have given these 4 stars if mine hadn’t been defective. I’m using them with a Galaxy S25, and overall, the experience was great — sound quality is very good, the fit is comfortable even with my small ear canals, pairing was simple, the JBL app works well, and the ANC performs as expected for this price range. Unfortunately, the right earbud developed a faulty amplifier that randomly bursts out painful, full-volume noise. JBL’s warranty service was quick and painless, but the defect itself was disappointing. I’d still recommend them, but I deducted one star because of the issue.

They feel comfortable and sound very good also the case is helpful when ajustements are needed

These headphones have exceeded my expectations, although for the price of course they are worth it. The sound is clear and powerful, with deep bass and defined treble. The construction quality is very robust, which gives me confidence in its durability. After using them for several months, I am still impressed with their consistent performance. It's worth every penny, especially if you're looking for something durable and high quality!!!

I absolutely love the JBL wireless earbuds they are easy to use no pressure and i have recommended them to all my friends as well
