No problems what so ever.. great quality, sound perfect

This was my first try at JBL earbuds. I’ve owned JBL speakers, which are great by the way. The earbuds have a good sound profile, comfortable and a nice app interface. The touch controls can be a bit sensitive, but overall very good. I think these compare very favorable to Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 and Jabra Elite 7. The ANC is ok, not great in my opinion. These sre solid earbuds.

These headphones fit perfectly in my ear and the sound quality/noise canceling is sooo good.

I keep these in my pockets everyday. Sometimes they are needed and sometimes not but overall great to have with! I purchased for a trip and they did well. The small ear pieces hurt my ears but the big ones did not. They do not stay in well for one ear for noise canceling for myself. I mostly use them as ear plugs for running chainsaw and other equipment. They have fallen out once. They tend to work their way out of your ears during rigorous movements. The surround awareness is awesome as well and cut out during high decibels of noise. I enjoy them but next time ill get one that hooks the ears so i dont lose these. I also do have some issues with the left earbud connecting sometimes but i case it and then pull it out and that usually fixes the issue.

Although most of the music tracks sounded great in the default "Club Mode", anything that's classical requires use of the "Bass Mode" or even "Studio Mode" to sound good, which requires wanton use of the JBL Headphones app while using this product. Also, getting the Noise Cancellation feature to "kick in" requires a nice calibration in a very noise environment, and sometimes the earphones don't fit your ear canal at all. So Harman (who owns JBL) definitely should think about using closed-canal earphones for future noise cancelling class generations instead of trying to compete in the active noise cancelling market. Also audio isn't a "one-profile fits all" thing, so you have to fiddle the equalizer contingent on what music you're listening to. So if you're on a budget, then these are the ones you want, but if you're willing to hurt your wallet a bit more, then look elsewhere.

Does everything well. At $75 you can't go wrong on these. Best sounding ear buds with ANC at this price point. Super talk thru ability while wearing. Very small and comfortable.
