Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Although most of the music tracks sounded great in the default "Club Mode", anything that's classical requires use of the "Bass Mode" or even "Studio Mode" to sound good, which requires wanton use of the JBL Headphones app while using this product. Also, getting the Noise Cancellation feature to "kick in" requires a nice calibration in a very noise environment, and sometimes the earphones don't fit your ear canal at all. So Harman (who owns JBL) definitely should think about using closed-canal earphones for future noise cancelling class generations instead of trying to compete in the active noise cancelling market. Also audio isn't a "one-profile fits all" thing, so you have to fiddle the equalizer contingent on what music you're listening to. So if you're on a budget, then these are the ones you want, but if you're willing to hurt your wallet a bit more, then look elsewhere.

I travel often and use them to make calls. Often people on the receiving end don't hear background noises as it does a great job cancelling out all the unnecessary noise. Worth the investment.

I had them, they broke and so this was my only option to update. They are a little harder to wear for me personally, but I am getting used to them

Good headphone mediocre controls

The touch system is my main gripe. Never in my life do i want a touch system to activate siri to make a phone call on a pair of headphone. I threw the headphone in my pocket one time to order food and the siri called three people in that 5 minutes. My college advisor from 3 years ago, My family lawyer, and a girl i dated in highschool. Not fun Overall good headphones though

The beats sound good but they hurt my ears. The earbuds from JBL sounds better than the Beats with good quality noise cancelation.
