I own a BUNCH of wireless earbuds; these are great

I have about 25 or so various other sets of truly wireless earbuds, so I know what's good and what isn't. These are for sure on the VERY GOOD side of things. The sound is great, the fit (for me) works really well and even the quality and clarity of phone calls is excellent, so I'm told by the other side on the phone with me. Can't go wrong with JBL!!

Only bad thing you can hear extreme sound some with noise cancel mode . Have not attempted to totally fine tune using phone.

The touch system is my main gripe. Never in my life do i want a touch system to activate siri to make a phone call on a pair of headphone. I threw the headphone in my pocket one time to order food and the siri called three people in that 5 minutes. My college advisor from 3 years ago, My family lawyer, and a girl i dated in highschool. Not fun Overall good headphones though

Not the loudest buds I’ve owned, but a lot of features with the jbl app you can adjust to your preferences, but sound quality makes up for it. Noise canceling is great and awareness features give you sight hearing improvements if you would need it. Not best for active workouts like running, but still manageable

The sound is good for the cost, but the fit of these earbuds just don't stay in my ear. I switched over from Apple AirPods and stuck with these, since they are not eligible for return once opened.
