They have an option to be ambiant aware when you need to hear around. They come with a JBL app that is very helpul. So far no complaints. Highly recommended!

These did not disappoint. They sound good and are so easy to set up on iPhones. I also like the app for the eq even if it doesn’t have a whole lot of options. The blue color is nice too.

Doesnt pic up background noise on calls as much as others. My only complaint is the battery life. I've had lower model JBL Headphones with longer battery life

Terrible connection problems

It started off really good. The ear buds fit in my ears perfectly and sounded really good, but then after listening to them play for a few minutes they went into mono mode and stayed stuck there. I tried re-pairing them and even deleting them from my device and reinstalling it several times and even tried a hard factory reset, but nothing worked. I got so aggravated i just returned them and pulled my trusted jabras out and carried on with my life. Jbl should be ashamed for putting out such faulty product. When i went to return it at best buy and told the guy at customer service wat was wrong he told me yea jbl known for having really bad connection issues, they just stop working all of a sudden!!

I own several ear buds, beats, jlabs and one knock off, this one is my favorite and i use it everyday
