If the earbuds doesn't meet the advertised playtime hours even at low to mid-volume levels, there could be a problem with the battery of the unit. Easy to charge, the only con is the charging cable is too small not long enough. you have to be near a laptop or Desktop. Noise reduction. Easy to answer phone calls and voice commands.

Music sounds great, but phone calls are muffled and people on the other end complained about not being able to hear me clearly. Highly disappointed, especially since I didn't realize I had less than 2 weeks to return them when I picked them up (on the 11th) and they were a birthday present (not opened until 19th) and had to be returned by 26th. Sucks I'm stuck with such a horrible product.
