Absolutely amazing speaker , great bass and customization

Purchased this for myself for a Christmas present. I used in the kitchen while cleaning a few times and then once set it in the garage while I washed my car. Great sound, I think it sounds better out doors. My issue came when it said it was time for a charge. Plugged it in and nothing happened. Did a hard factory reset and still nothing happened. Buy the extended warranty. I bought it Black Friday deal in 2025 and like I said it will not take a charge. Buyer beware. I know they have to produce a bad one every once in a while but this is the second JBL product I had this happen to me with. the other was a set of Bluetooth head phones. Those went to sounding like crackling a few weeks after purchase. Of course outside of normal the normal exchange period. From what you can see from the photo it’s plugged in and not charging. I buy a lot of JBL products especially from Best Buy. Just a streak of bad luck or poor quality control? I do not know. Too big to be a paper wait. SMH
