Good sound high quality. Sucks they don’t pair to Xbox

I am happy with it except for it's interaction with Windows 10 when I receive the JBL updates. My initial settings get over written so then I have to uninstall then reinstall the JBL software. So now I just use the hardwire link to my laptop to use the headset. I tried to figure out the disconnect but got to frustrated so now just using the hardwire from the headset to the laptop and forgoing using the JBL setup which is disappointing. But this seems to happen with anything linked to Windows 10. If I had known I was going to have issues with Windows 10, I might have bought a cheaper plain headset.

It was ok, but it kept giving me problem after a game. It said that i did not have sound it kept muting by its own right after my game. Then a sound window popped up “ fixing sound” troubleshooting. It happened four times so I decided to returned it. Also, it does looks big on me and heavy. Probably not the right headphone for me since i have small head. Lol. Another thing i did not like was when it’s on charge , was happy that the usb charger was longer than my turtle beach’s charger but this JBL won’t turn on when it’s charging. Unlike my Turtle Beach, i could still used it while charging. Was a bit disappointed Wish it could have been better

IF YOU ARE HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THEM TRY THIS. The sound and mic were working properly for mine but when I would get on the quantum engine app I would get a message saying “device not configured correctly” so this is what I did. Cause instructions are a lil confusing. 1-open control panel click “hardware and sound” 2- click “sound” 3- under playback tab click “JBL quantum 600 CHAT” -this will be labeled as “headset earphone” -set this to “set as default communications device” 4- under playback tab click “ JBL quantum 600 GAME” -this will be labeled as “speakers” - set this to “default device” 5- under recording tab click”JBL quantum 600 CHAT” -this will be labeled as “ headset microphone” -set this to “default device” After that you should be able to open the quantum engine and it’ll work

Don’t get me wrong I’m easy to please and the sound quality of these headphones are amazing . But there was a period of time for 90 days where the dongle was defective and I wasn’t able to wirelessly connect so I had to use it as a cord headset. But eventually it reconnected and has( knock on wood) worked ever since . That was 10 days ago.

Purchased for my teenage son for gaming and he loves them. He said they can also be used for his computer.

I use these for gaming and they are about average. I wanted to upgrade from my cheap pair but not really an upgrade.

Great of playing COD. Can tell when players are running up on me. Just wish they were a little louder

These headphones were a little complicated to use right out of the package, had to research set up steps but after that, the kid never took them off his head for 3 days straight. I asked him on the 3rd day how are your ears feeling and he said, great they fit right over my ears just fine. Thumbs up

Worst head phones ever. Doesn’t connect via blue tooth to Xbox. Feedback and mic echo trash on these. 0/10 recommendation

Don’t buy. These quit working after three months and minimal use

Horrible all around. Takes forever to figure out. Witless is not an option on Xbox have to plug into controller and sound quality is not good

This headset is amazing, the software is great, and the lighting is also pretty cool. I've seen some things online about the Quantum series headsets being too heavy on the head. I have not noticed anything but the headset weighs a little under a pound. I would recommend the headset to anyone who is looking for a solid (and good looking) wireless headset.
