Will follow the instructions to the T, and will connect but won’t feed the game volume, but will connect. Can get a better headset on Amazon for $40. Don’t waste your money.

While our JBL Quantum 910 Wireless can be connected to an Xbox console, please note that this is only possible via the 3.5mm audio cable connected directly to the Xbox controller. The headset’s wireless dongle is optimized for PC use and does not support direct wireless connectivity to Xbox consoles. For a seamless wireless connection to Xbox, we recommend our JBL Quantum 910X, which is specifically designed for Xbox compatibility, allowing for direct wireless connection and full feature support.

Bestbuy has a 60day return policy. They would not help me. Item was not covered. Now I'm left with expensive headpones that do not work right because they broke 2days late. I am a Besybuy total rewards member also and that did nothing for me either.
