    Horrible sound qualify

    I bought 2 pairs of the JBL Reflect Contour 2 - one for myself and a pair for my wife. It takes some time to find a comfortable fit but once achieved they do fit securely for working out and running. The sound quality is not what I expected from JBL. It is tinny lacking any bass. My wife had a cheap pair of Tao that cost a fraction of the price and sounded the same. I thought JBL would be an upgrade but not the case.

    These do not last

    This is my second pair in 2 years that have stopped working. First pair went out completely after a few months. They were still in warranty but didn't return them to JBL due to lack of time. My second pair was purchased in July of 2018. It's now February of 2019 and one headphone went out again. $100 headphones that last 7 months??? Ridiculous and I will be using the warranty this time. Not too happy as I was always a JBL customer

    Flat sound, poor bluetooth

    Had these for a day. Had to return them. They weren’t very loud (had to have the volume maxed out when outdoors). There was very little bass. Over the 4 hours I used them, I had to turn them off and on several times because even though it was still connected and the phone was in my hand (still in range), my music would just stop playing through the headphones. Was not impressed for what they cost.

    Multiple Sets Failed

    I bought these headphones to exercise with. The first pair that I purchased failed to power on after extended charging a few months after the purchase. JBL/Harmon customer service did replace them under warranty, however my replacement set is now experiencing the same issue. They are nice when they work, but unfortunately you can't expect them to work for long.

    Terrible Sound Quality

    No bass whatsoever, these sound like putting tin cans over your ears. Aside from the terrible sound, these are very uncomfortable to wear. I've tried all three sizes of inserts that come with the headset and none fit well. I never write reviews but these are so terrible that I had to write this in hopes that others will not waste your money. I've had $20 cord earbuds that sound much better than these.

    I was really excited to try these out, after doing extensive research I purchased them and upon the unbox everything was well put together and seemed like they were good quality. I was WRONG! I put them to charge, and nothing happened. Ok so I waited the two hours as it say on the manual and still nothing. Brand new right out the box and they don’t turn on. I would not recommend any JBL product to anyone. Spend your money on something else.

    Worthless after couple months

    I bought these not even a year ago. They worked great until one day in the middle of a workout the music abruptly stopped and I heard “Disconnected” its been 3DAYS! And I am still trying to connect them to my iphone7 . The headphones say “device not found” even though on my iPhone it finds them but “unable to connect” this is so frustrating especially when in training for bootcamp!!!!!! So disappointed!

    Second pair to crap the bed.

    I’ve had these headphones for less than 6 months and they stopped working. These are the second pair of jbl wireless headphones that have crapped the bed. I love the design and sound but due to poor lasting quality of product will not be buying these again. What a waste of money and a disappointment.

    JBL Reflect Contour 2 Wireless In-Ear Headphones - I returned these headphones. They did not fit in my ears, even after trying all the different sizes of buds. The one that did fit best did not really fill my ear to enjoy the music from my phone. They connected great to my phone, but the fit is what I did not care for.

    Waste of money

    I've literally worn these headphones 4 times during long runs and on the 4th wear they started to buzz and fizz and now they do not work. The loud buzzing and fizzing sounds like an electric short. I am extremely disappointed with the brand, the product quality and the price.

    Better get the warranty

    i purchased these at Best Buy - did not get the insurance. Exactly 30 days they stopped working/coming on at all. I went to return them - they agreed they were broke, but I did not pourchase the warranty. They sucked!

    The headphones would answer calls sporadically (every other try), battery life was poor, then it stopped connecting to my phone, now I can't use it - have to take it back. May try again, maybe I just got a bad unit......

    I gave these a low rating because after 5 uses, these no longer work. They will not charge and thus will not connect to my phone or watch. I would take them back if I could. Otherwise the sound was great.

    Suddenly stop and not charging anymore

    Bad earphones

    These earphones are horrible! The volume does not go loud at all, and could not get them to set comfortable in my ears. I returned them the next day. I recommend powerbeats earphones.

    Great product from the beginning

    I purchased on the 11th of July and it went out on the 16th of July, the product says sweat resistant but after only 3 times of use, it started static and would not charge

    Do not buy !! These things don’t stay in your ears for crap. When they get sweaty it’s like fighting with them to stay in place ! I will be returning them

    The headphones on full blast at best sounded as if i was hearing music from down the hall. Didn't work for me but try it if you want to.
