Good speaker: bad "open box" experience.

However, I bought it "open box" and I was assured at the counter that it "had been checked" and was in "excellent condition". When I got it home, I found that the speaker was in excellent condition. However, the owners manual was missing as were the anti-skid pads that are needed to keep the speaker from buzzing when it sits on the shelf. So, now I have to go back to the store to resolve the issue.
