I wanted a pair of headphones with noise cancelling for travel without spending the money on a Bose pair. The Tour One gets you pretty close without breaking the bank. The noise cancelling works pretty well, and with the app you can modify it as needed. It is comfortable enough for wearing a few hours at at time for me. Pros: + Pretty good noise cancelling, especially for plane engines + Build quality feels good + JBL app for setting works how you need + Touch / Tap pause play works well. + Cables and airplane connector includes Cons: - Travel case is good but not sturdy inside as higher end headphones - Tap controls can get annoying if you hit accidentally

I’m very surprised to find that I don’t have a single complaint. Thick padding. Touch/tap feature was a nice surprise. Noise cancelling is amazing. The sound is impressive, right away I heard instruments ive never heard before in songs ive heard a million times. Half off sale I hope there aren’t any issues down the road as it seems too good to be true. Im very happy with these. If I had to nitpick i’d say the band could be thicker but the padding feels an inch or more thick. Cups fit perfectly around my ears. The app has a nice equalizer. Siri and Alexa integration. 5 stars from me!

People say the XM4s aren't for them, this is no exception, BUT!!!!!! THIS ARE THE HEADPHONES FOR ME, I will say why this are my daily driver now, the headband is not painful like the XM4s, also, the Noise Cancelling is not brutal, it doesn't give me headaches, and more importantly, the sound, this is the type of sound for me, also is really gentle to my ears, I don't want to crap on the XM4s but those weren't for me, the TOUR ONEs really fix what is wrong with the XM4s for me.

Its horrible they snapped in 2 months of use trying to get JBL to exchange

For the price, it definitely competes with the Sony XM4 and Bose headphones. It is truly no match for either one of them, but sound quality and features will satisfy just about any user who doesn't want to spend a ridiculous amount of money for the leading brands. The noise-cancelling effect though... Its an experience I've never had before, truly amazing.

Very comfortable to wear for longer time. Sound quality and noise cancellation is exceptional. Connecting via Bluetooth is super easy. I use these headphones for calling too, i have not seen any issue there

I tend to love JBL products and had high hopes for these. The materials and build seem good even though I was getting a cheap squeaky plastic sound from the left cup. I don't know if I got a defective pair or what, but the volume was weak for what it should be even at full volume and some bass sounded distorted. Bought a pair of Sony xm4 to compare and ended up returning the JBL because the Sony were leaps and bounds better sound, build quality and app experience.
