After two months they stopped working.
When they did work I always had trouble connecting to Bluetooth.
Very disappointed!
Waste of money, I should have spent more money for a better brand.

Championship Material!

These headphones are nothing short of great. JBL is taking a shot at the title with these. Battery life is huge, the fast charge with USB-C gets you three hours of use on a 10 minute charge! Otherwise, they last me a whole work week on a charge. Sound quality is great right out of the box, but customizable with the JBL app. The noise cancelling is perfect for concentration, and ambient aware function is great when you want high quality sound, but need to hear what's around. Comfortable as all get out, and the controls are very responsive and intuitive. Worth every penny! There's a reason JBL is a world leader in all things sound; look up at your favorite mega-star musician's concert, and the speakers covering you and 20k of your fellow concert go-ers are probably JBL. They know what they're doing, and you shouldn't hesitate. Great investment!

JBL tour one headset - buyer beware

Do not recommend purchasing the JBL tour one headset. After several calls with support, I have learned that JBL does not care about the quality of their manufacturing. Two problems I have with this 1- cannot be used while charging 2- even in the off position still connects to Bluetooth devices randomly - draining the battery. Customer service’s offering a discount on future purchases falls rather short of doing the right thing. At this price point they should do better.

For College Students Looking to Mute Noisy People

College student here!
Keep in mind that this review is made relative to my roommate's pair of Sony headphones—the "WH-1000XM3" model, I think—in my own opinion, I think that if I had spent the full $300 that these headphones cost (I bought them on sale for $150), I would have felt a lot more dissatisfied than I do now. The primary reason I bought these headphones was because of the noise cancellation (I hate studying with a bunch of annoying background noise, sometimes coming from the voices of my roommates), but compared to the Sony headphones, the noise cancellation on these are not worth the $300 that the Sony headphones are worth (approximately). For context, if you have music playing at constant full blast, the noise cancellation is obviously most effective (near 100% noise cancellation—not perfect cancellation, but I don't know how healthy that would be for your ears), but without any music whatsoever, you can have a complete conversation with someone speaking at an indoor volume across from you. In comparison, the Sony headphones provide a satisfying sort of deafness, so if that is what you are looking for (shoutout to all premeds with noisy roommates) then you ought to go with those—as long as you intend to spend $300. I think that if it's the $150 I bought them from Best Buy for, then these are good value. I would advise everyone to only buy these on sale, and to only go up to $300 for better headphones.

This is a second set, they work OK, but the charging system stinks!
They work fine for awhile and then they go South. Will only charge to 10%, last not even a minute then shut down.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. Here are some things to try that often fix these issues. Try a different USB cable. Try a different USB charger, rated at least 2 amps. Try disconnecting the cable from your product and re-inserting it. Sand or dirt can get into the product’s charging port. Check the port. Clean if needed with compressed air or a toothpick. If these steps do not fix the problem, contact Customer Service for technical support and assistance. https://bit.ly/2WocMfi
