Cool features, cool charging case, unimpressive sound. Unless u are in a quiet area, this thing is not for you. Semi loud enviorments with volumne all the way up was hard to hear without background blending in. And forget about the bass. Listened to for 5 minutes and back in the box they went. Def not worth $300. Maybe $150 because of the charging case. Your welcome

Thank you for your feedback. We recommend connecting your JBL Tour Pro 3 to our JBL Headphones App. Then, go to Ambient Sound Control and enable ANC. Next, tap on Customize ANC where you can enable the Adaptive ANC. This setting will automatically adjust the ANC based on the surrounding noise level. When it is off, you will see the orange bar below to manually select the ANC level. If you need further assistance, please contact us. JBL

After using these for a couple days… I’m not sure I could ever go without them again. Touch screen case is a cool feature. Might struggle with big fingers but you can download the JBL app and do everything from there too.

Awful. I don’t know if it’s a iPhone problem but if you move at all they consistently stop playing until you move them back into your ear. I’ve tried all 3 options of the ear piece and none of them really work. They definitely need to rethink how this fit in the ear or the sensor that makes sure it’s in your ear. Side note they don’t connect automatically when you take them out. You have to connect with the Bluetooth every time.

When I first saw these, I instantly thought I had to have these. Once I decided to get these earbuds, I instantly found out why I shouldn't have bought these. The case is cool, but the function is clunky, useless, and it just gets in the way. When the earbud case is in your pocket, it hits up against your leg or other stuff in there, and when you're on the phone, it hangs up calls, stops music, switches tracks, all kinds of things, it's just overall not good. The case also has weird glitches where the screen will just stay on for hours and not turn off over a period of time, causing the battery to go dead. After updating the software, there's still very noticeable issues with these earbuds. I will be returning these. The price is just too outrageous for all these drawbacks. ANC is OK it's not anything worth the price, Ambient mode is pretty bad also. I'm glad we get different size ear tips with these, but however, they still end up falling out of my ears. They dont stay in while moving or doing any sort of work, You will constantly find yourself asjusting these, especially when listening to music it gets annoying because you want to enjoy your music, but unfortunately, you can't fully enjoy the sounds if they're moving around your ears and not staying in place. I wouldn't recommend these to anyone, I'd say buy something else. Do not be fooled by the technology they put in this with the case its useless and not worth the money. I think the touchscreen on mine already broke. If so, I will not recommend JBL products in the future.

These earbuds sound okay but nothing amazing they are really a downgrade from previous club pros they are incredibly buggy this may push me away from all Harmon Karson products when using in phone calls people said I sounded terrible I’ve talked with these same people after switching to apple, beats, and sound core earbuds they said its a day and night difference that’s why these were returned

I’m pretty much obsessed with high-end earbuds, so this will be long. :) My first foray into this was the original Bose QuietComfort earbuds, then the Sony WF1000XM4 and the Bose QuiteComfort IIs, then the Sony XM5. Despite the tremendous reviews for the XM5, I did not find them to be as good as the QC IIs in fit or sound quality for me. I didn’t even like them as much as the XM4s. As a lover of treble and a hater of low frequency bass, I definitely gravitate towards Bose sound design, and I was extremely disappointed that spatial audio on the XM5 doesn’t work natively on the iPhone (except for limited streaming sources that I don’t use). But I’m always on the lookout for the next step sonic experience, so I purchased every high-end earbuds that I could get my hands on…..Bose Ultra, Sennheiser Momentum 4, Denon PerL Pro, B&W Pi8, Technics EAH-AZ80-K, A&K UW100MKII, and of course, the JBL Tour Pro 3. I will cut right to the chase and tell you that for me, spatial audio is a game-changer. The Bose Ultra and the JBL Tour Pro 3s have it so that it works with EVERY music source on an iPhone/iPad. (I know that AirPods Pro 2s also have it, but I’m just not a fan of the stem design for fit, comfort, or looks). I’ve decided to keep both the Ultra and the Tour Pro 3s because they have their strengths and weaknesses, so let’s go to the comparison. The spatial audio modes on both the Ultra and TP3 are identical, and both sound amazing. I would have to say that the Ultras give an overall more balanced sound, but the TP3s do slightly better in separation, mimicking the feeling of a live performance. I was able to get them fairly close to one another using the EQ settings. One area the Ultra has the TP3 beat is that you can select the spatial audio mode on the Ultra, and it stays in that mode until you change it. You can also set the “Immersion” mode as a shortcut on a bud so it will switch between Quiet/Aware/Immersion with every long press. Every time the TP3s connect, I have to select the spatial audio mode that I want. Luckily the TP3 case has the setting available so I don’t have to dig through the app settings, and the case screen will stay on that selection window making it quick and easy to turn on. Which brings me to the next part….the case. Do not let anyone tell you that the case is not a big deal. Not only are many of the functions available on the case instead of just in the app, but it doubles as a Bluetooth transmitter. JBL includes all the cables you’ll need, and it works fantastically-well on both my treadmill and on an airplane. I actually can connect the TP3s to my AVR powering the home theater set up in my gym, and I can watch TV as I run on the treadmill with ZERO delay. That means no lip sync problems that most if not all other Bluetooth transmitters suffer from. The case also has wireless charging, something that is not included with the basic Ultra case. Next, ANC…….the Ultras are slightly better here, so I would prefer them on a plane unless I was watching a movie from an entertainment system that didn’t have a Bluetooth connection. Then, back to the fantastic TP3 case. Lastly, fit, comfort, and use. I use earbud-specific Comply foam tips in all my earbuds, so the experience is definitely more standardized, but the Ultras were slightly more comfortable out of the box. On the JBLs, I kept going back between the factory foam tips and the medium Comply tips, before settling on the Comply as the factories were just a bit too small for my oddly-shaped right ear canal. I keep seeing people who think the TP3s are heavy…..they are 6 grams each. I’ve never seen anyone complain that the Ultras are too heavy, but they are 8 grams each. The Ultras don’t stick out as much, but they have a much larger surface area than the TP3s. I cannot adjust the Ultras without setting off the touch controls, but that’s not a problem with the TP3s. On the other hand, because of the larger surface area, the Ultras are easier to trigger the touch controls. The TP3s are much smaller, so sometimes I have to hunt a bit to trigger them. I would give these 4 1/2 stars, but all in all, I’m a HUGE fan of these JBLs.

I didn’t own these things for 4 hours and the right bud stopped working. I took them out of the box, got them paired, and they worked fine. I plugged them back in to fully charge, and when done, the right bud wont even turn on. I don’t care if it is a glitch. Its a 4 old product that is $300. Will be returning and trying bose.

We’re here to help you with your JBL Tour Pro 3. To achieve the best seal and secure fit, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. Also, our products come with a 1-year warranty period upon purchase. Please feel free to contact our customer support for further assistance. JBL

Audio quality is sub par. The gadget and options are new to the mainstream Bluetooth headphones businesses. But honestly even though it's new I loved it. I'm all about the audio, so it was not very good.
