I didn't even own them a full 4 hours before the right earbud malfunctioned. After I researched the internet and trued YouTube videos on both soft and hard resets; nothing resolved this issue. The reset is not an initiative process, and the little reset button on the bottom of the case needs better design.

For the price of these earbuds, they sure sound awful. I've been a big fan of JBL speakers and earbuds but they sure the cheaped out on these. Bass is lacking big time and highs are very muffled. Galaxy buds sound way better than these. If I had to make the best recommendation I would recommend the Arctis gaming buds. Those beat this and they are half the price

Thank you for your feedback. For your JBL Tour Pro 3 to give you the best audio response, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, please try other ear tip sizes for a perfect fit. Angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal to achieve the best seal and secure fit. We also recommend connecting it with a different device or playing audio using a different app. If you need further assistance, please contact us.

I've tried nearly all the top mainstream earbuds. These right out of the box, after updating the software for the buds and case, were just absolutely amazing for the price paid. Sound quality is exactly what i want and the form factor and build also add substance to the feeling i made a great purchase. Can't stress just how much i like these earbuds. The screen on the case is something i never knew i wanted, but now i will consider it a great addition to any other pairs i buy. I just got them, so hopefully they last a long time to cement these an absolute perfect purchase.

At first i was questioning the price even tho on sale i got them alot less but i see why there expensive good quality id recommend if ur purchasing any earbuds to get these as they have plenty of preference to set mine are set to an automatic talk through which detects noise and pauses the music and what not which has its ups and downs that being itll detext any noise up close (feature can be turned off) and the casing itself to charge the earbuds definitely a dope investment for those who arent allowed to use there phone in work places can have these out and youll get messaging notifications on here (feature had to be turned on and connected to phone)

I bought the JBL Live Buds 3 and these Tour Pro 3 on the same day. The Live Buds are $100 cheaper and are better in every way than these. Most importantly, these protrude and are loose no matter what you do. Either they fall out or get pushed out depending on the ear tip size. I used every size of included ear tip and many others that I own including memory foam. The design is terrible. They are heavy and awkward. The fit is so bad that I could not even get the personalization to work in the app. I couldn't get past the step that checks for a "good seal". I tried at least 50 times with all manners of ear tips. Same process worked first time on the Live Buds 3 and on other JBL Buds I own. Called JBL support who wanted to read an article to me on what a "seal" meant. Infuriating! The out of the box sound is not nearly as good as the Live Buds 3. The case is way too bulky and the buds are hard to get out of the case as well. I think JBL has a dud on their hands here.
