But I had nothing but issues with the connectivity (left bud) from the beginning! Also, if I wanted to connect to different devices it seemed I had to reconnect like new with my phone every time. Sound was awesome and the feel of the case was quality. The feel in my ears was not the best. I had to use my own silicone adapters to make it fit right. As much as I love JBL flip can't recommend these buds or the lives. They both disappointed me ☹️

They dropped every 30 seconds so audio cut out the app isnt great and if you use on 2 or more devices its a MAJOR pain to swap back and forth due to connectivity. the sound quality is great. but the problems arent worth it. and for those curious i swapped to samsungs buds 2 pro no issues since if you dont have a samsung go sony

I tried so many options, the sound quality is ok but I loved them because they fit so good in my ears. The app doesnt work good but I dont mind.

If this happens again, try putting both buds in the charging case for 10–15 seconds before putting them back in your ears. Then disable Bluetooth on the connected mobile device for around 20 seconds, then re-enable it. If you have any questions or concerns about your device, please contact our customer support.

However I’m not completely satisfied. I found that while I’m wearing the buds they cut out when I move my head. This gets annoying. Sounds quality is great. That’s my only gripe.

Frustrating charging issue

I expected much more from JBL, especially at this price point! When the earbuds are charged, they actually sound great. It would be nice to have this experience consistently. Annoyed.

Posted .Thanks for reaching out. If you have charging problems, the first step is to always clean all contact points, on each earbud and on the charging case. Use a cotton swab with some rubbing alcohol to clean the charging terminals of the headphones. Wipe the contact pins in the charging case with a clean cotton swab. The swab can be slightly moistened with rubbing alcohol, but it is important that the interior is completely dry before closing the box. If these steps don't fix the charging issue, contact JBL Customer Service for further assistance.

Plenty of adjustment with the many extra size adapters. Sounds great, noise cancelling works good for what they are. I have Bose over ear head phones for when I fly and I find my self listening to these under them.

Battery life is ok and aesthetics is good. If you want better fitting earbuds opt for ones with a fin.
