I sent in under warranty and had the same issue. JBL offered to send another set but it would be the last time. Rather than mess with them again I purchased another brand.

I've had them for 24 hours and they're going back. Connection issues galore. This is embarrassing. These people have the nerve to ask me for $200 of my money and they put out some embarrassing nonsense like this. Utter incompetence. Hard pass. Very very very hard pass. Their app is the worst in the industry.
