They have such good quality base to them and I can hear every beat. They are noise cancelling, but I can still tell if someone is talking to me. They are so very lightweight, that it doesn’t feel like there is anything in my ears.

Here are some cleaning steps for re-establishing charging: If you have charging problems, the first step is to always clean all contact points, on each earbud and on the charging case. You will need a cotton cloth or swabs and rubbing alcohol. Use a cotton swab with some rubbing alcohol to clean the charging terminals of the headphones. The swab can be slightly moistened with rubbing alcohol, but it is important that the interior be completely dry before closing the box. If you have any questions or concerns about your device, please contact our customer support for further assistance.

To resolve the charging issue, we suggest cleaning the contact pins on the case and the earbud using a cotton swab with alcohol. These pins are sensitive to dust. For sound quality, you may check the music player app on your source device to see if Equalizer is engaged. If engaged, turn off the equalizer. If turning it off does not resolve the issue, turn it on again and adjust the EQ by boosting the bass to your liking. If you still find the sound quality insufficient, you can control the Equalizer through the JBL Headphones App to adjust and enhance the bass levels and desired music mode.
