trouble with bluetooth at first, set up return and it started working. Sounds good, batteries last a while. Case is good and long charge capable. Overall good value.

Great sound but won't stay in my ears. Tried all ear pieces. Only the main one will work independently so to use just one in the left ear you need to leave them both out of the case. Still would recommend because JBL is amazing.

These headphones are small and fit easily in anybody's ear, really true sound. Battery lasts long without charging for 3 days, and its easy to set up and use.

Really good sound and decent battery life 2-3 hours of listening between charges. Only complaint is you have to always use the right ear bud as it's the Bluetooth receiver so you can't use just the left bud

It's amazing how clear the sound quality is for such small ear buds. Fits in your ear and stays there during casual use. May experience some issues with them staying in during excessive movement

I thought they were pretty good, but my wife preferred some Anker Liberty Airs that I bought at the same time for her to try. Smaller ears might like a different style/design. I tried these out and thought the sound was pretty good--especially for the price. I didn't use them enough to comment further on connectivity or any other aspects, though.

Had these for some time and I love the bass.of the phones and the way they feel, my only complaint is that when you ear canals get sweaty, the phones are prone to slipping out. Overall worth the money.

Purchased these half off as a replacement to my Apple AirPods. Audio quality is just as good and no issues with mic for phone calls. Wish they had an earwig as one has fallen out during exercise.

Pros: The sound quality from these are really great. When I have these in I can't hear anything else really. JBL really delivered on the bass and background sounds. Cons: To get the hang of these earbuds I have to periodically refer to the quick guide to remember how many seconds to hold down which bud to control it. Its also very delicate. I only had them for a week and the first time they fell from me the right bud speaker stopped working. I had to search YouTube to find out that resetting it might fix it. .... it did but sometimes it still goes out

Good Audio, has a strong battery. But overtime will lose loudness and become difficult to charge. Would sit for a few hours and I would only have a 40% charge

These headphones are just ok for the price you are paying. I love the quality of the sound and these are very comfort. The only bad thing about it is that the case doesn’t charge. Probably I got a defective one but you need to charge the pods in the case while attached to the charging device therefore I have to carry the cable all the time. What I do is charge the case with the pods overnight and use these for couple hours only next day. One more thing is that when you are on a phone call, you can only hear on one side. Besides that these are good for daily running routines or few hours at the gym.

My biggest gripe with these are the included tips. This might not apply to everyone, but none of the included sizes seal perfectly and stay sealed in my ears. When they do seal, the audio quality is fairly solid. The bass is present and certainly emphasized. Calls are sub par at best especially with both in your ears. For sitting at my desk as a spare pair or just using one at a time, they’ll do ok.

Decided to try ear buds. Sound is great, but just seem large in my ears. Handle calls great, but again, takes a little getting use to.

Easy to set up and use. Comfortable and they sound amazing. Was looking for an alternative to AirPods. I found a very good one. Highly recommended.

Comfortable with excellent sound. Comes with 4 tip option. A little clunky but look just fine when in ear. Easy setup and pairing.

Excellent bass and music is overall good but these doesn’t sit well in ears

I am very happy with this product. It comes with S, M and L earplugs that you can switch to so that it is stuck in the ear to anyone. The sound is crystal clear and has never experienced the loss of contact with bluetooth. The battery life is super good which lasts for 4 hours in each charge. If you run out of power, you can just put it in the cradle that comes with it and charge 3 times full charge before charging the charger itself.

These headphones have the great sound you would expect in a JBL product with the comfort of in ear styling. They charge in their storage case and the case only needs charging every 3-5 days (I use them a LOT). They come with 3 sizes of rubber ear pieces to ensure a tight fit, no wiggling or falling out. Best thing is the range! I can be several rooms away from the source device and hear clearly. Great product!
