They wouldn’t pair to my iPhone X and the right earbud didn’t work correctly. It would charge but never worked. Tried every online hint and even attempted through their customer service. Think Comcast while a spoiled kid bashes you’re head with a hammer level of frustration. I will never buy another JBL product as long as I live. They end up being garbage either from the start or within a week. Save your money and buy the AirPods. JBL needs to fold up shop or admit they are overpriced SkullCandy and adjust accordingly. They made me give it a star to review these, otherwise they get a zero.

Doesn’t connect to iPhone well and stay connected. I probably won’t buy another set of there headphones. Music quality is good but phone usage not good. People complain they can hear the noise around me.

Got them for a friends birthday and she loves them.

I've had these for about 2 months now. They were a pain in the butt to initially get synched with my phone, but had no further issues until the last week or so when the right bud refuses to charge in the case. It's about a 50/50 chance if I wiggle the bud that it'll ACTUALLY charge. Can't even use my headphones when I want to because they'll be dead, even though they've been in the fully-charged charging case for 12 hours. As far as sound quality, they're not great for JBL. Disappointed. Good thing I got a warranty because I'm probably going to trade these out.

Bought 2, one for my fiancé and the other for myself. Returned one pair and got my money back because the right earbud wouldn't turn on. My partner's pair work just fine though, just added a protection plan to his in case it quits working.

Hope the next iteration of these are LIGHTER because they fall out of my ears. No volume control. Well constructed, audio isn't bad, and I had a coupon - if you can get 'em cheap, go for it

I just didn't get use to having inside my ears, it totally noise reduction and it's hard to tell if someone is talking to you. anyways i just for talking on the phone not listening to music.

He wanted for Christmas at last minute so I ordered on sale though we had to get delivery after the holiday he loved them and the value good assuming he's a kid and might lose them I have heard no complaints in how they work for him!

Too heavy, they keep falling out of my ears , only used them once and can't return them since is been more than 1 month since I bought them.

Kind of expensive if bought at retail? Thankfully, these go on sale quite regularly. I love JBL equipment due to the many years of buying and happy with the purchases.

Alright for sitting at desk or lying in bed and listening but not very good for wearing around when you will be moving. Got at 50% off so it wasn't a bad deal and they are good but just afraid I'm going to lose them.

These should have sounded great, but didn’t. Would not fit well into ear so they sounded high pitched and tinny. Too bad!
