    Nice bass horrible volume

    Bass is nice and tight, but volume is so low even at full max. My other cheap earbuds or headphones are wayyyy louder. I emailed jbl and still no response over a week later about that issue.

    My son bought this earplugs but during a month he was able to use twice. The case was not charging.

    the quality was disappointing. I was expecting much more. I was expecting them to be loud. But it wasn’t loud at all and no bass

    Opt in for a slightly more expensive pair. I was very unhappy with the overall sound quality but they claim to be great in the bass department and were sadly subpar.

    Left earbud not charging anymore

    I am very sad with my purchase. Right after the warranty got ended, the left ear bud stopped charging.

    These earphones aren't loud the left earphone doesn't wanna charge unless put in the charge box a little tilted

    Worst earphones ever. Keep falling down. Just feel horrible in you ear. Not even good sound quality.

    I would not recommend this product to a friend. It’s too bulky and the ear buds hurt. The souls queslity is not that great either.

    audio and video latency, constantly fell out of my ear. Ill stick with the lg tones thank you

    The headphones would turn off if they were not in use. So if u got a call u would have to turn them back on and let them pair all over again.. Battery life was very short. Had to keep one on the charger witch if u had to charge the right one the left one would not work.. I had to return them because they were not for me.

      JBL Tune 120TWS automatically enters pairing mode once the earpieces have been removed from the case. To manual put the earbuds in pairing mode, press and hold the right earpiece for more than five seconds. The LED should blink in white and blue.     I bought these because they were JBL, which is a pretty decent brand. The sound wasn’t great. It was very low.
