    I´m from brazil and the two jnl headphones I bought didn´t arrive to my hotel although the order status is deliverd and I´m back to my contry already. I want to know how I get my money back, I have been trying make contact with someone from best buy but I couldn"t have sucess. Please, Help me.

    Interruption of sound during calls

    When I'm in a video call, every time there is an interruption for 2 seconds, every 2 or 3 minutes. One stopped charging after a year. I kept it because I paid less then $30, as I have reward points from Best Buy. Do not buy it for full price, not worth it.

    Unfortunately I can't put zero stars. Worst earbuds ever very low no bass horrible if u use them to talk. I couldn't exchange them I threw away the box same day but I will never ever fall that again horrible sound o lost almost 80 dollars I regret it.

    If you don’t mind that they disconnect from your iPhone when you're on a call (I have an iPhone 11), that you have to be in a quiet place so they can hear you and that you can't move because they fell from your ears this JBL are for you! Junk earpods

    It was a toss up between these and the AirPods. My wife got the AirPods and I got theses. They play music ok but you cannot hear good when making a phone call. Def will not purchase again, I have waited too long to return

    THESE SUCK!!! The battery life is only an hour and a half MAYBE 2 hours....which is COMPLETELY contradictory to what it states on the box. COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I WASTE MONEY AND TIME IN THIS CRAP!!!!

      This isn't the experience we wanted our customers to have with our products. Our units have a 15 to 30 day return period (depending on the retailer) and a one-year limited coverage. Please reach out to the point of sale where you purchased the unit for your options. JBL

    The sound quality faded after one week of little to no use mic picked up background noise which cause the person I’m speaking to saying words over and over . Case is poorly made opens to easy and ear buds dropped out frequently

    I gave 1 star rating just because every time I have voice call talking to my wife, friends and co workers they say there’s is an annoying or irritating sound.. so I returned the item.. I don’t like the quality and performance.

    These are poor quality headphones had mine for a little over a year and the right speaker already went out. Don't waste your money go with a better brand.

    Worked for 1 month if that , after that the right earbud stopped charging/working . Without the right earbud working I can’t pair them so yeah they’re useless now.

    After a few uses one of the earbuds stopped working. Googled and Utubed and found out this is a common problem. Returning them.
