Purchased these to pair with my cell phone because I work in a loud environment and you can't hear when talking on the phone. They are quality headphones with great sound and are great for listening to music or talking on the phone under normal circumstances. However, they aren't very good at noise cancelling in loud environments which is the main reason I purchased them. They are also a little long and sometimes cause issues when I take my glasses off and on. If you are looking for a great set of wireless headphones to listen to music or talk on the phone in an average environment they have great sound at a reasonable price.

Solid earbuds with great sound. Charging case is fast and convenient, especially at work. Less bulky than other brands, lightweight and fits my small ears. Highly recommend these earbuds.

I have had two of these in the last 6 months and I hate them. Let me break that down a little. Pros: These earbuds are comfortable when new. They are the style that doesn't have to be inserted into your ear canal, which is my preference and the entire reason I bought them. Their case is durable and the headphones stay in it in your pocket. The sound quality is acceptable given the price. Cons: There is a small rubber or flexible plastic piece that I assumed was glued around the speaker hole. After two sets of these I believe my assumption about it being glued is wrong because of how it peeled off of the plastic housing. The issue is that this leaves sharp edges on the housing to dig into your ears when you wear them, which is unacceptable. These also happen to have some really bad connectivity issues that occurred in both of the two sets I had as well. I would recommend that Best Buy remove them from their product list as soon as possible. These are a horrible product. I'm not sure what JBL was thinking. They usually make reasonable quality products.

I have been using these ear phones mainly for calls on my computer for a month now, they are pretty good, but once in a while the connection drops off, but overall they feel comfortable and call quality is very good

Love that I can wear just one while the other one charges, or I can wear them both at once. Nice sound quality. Only gripe is that I wish you could customize the size

Sound quality is good but could be better. To me the vocals can be more clearer and louder. It doesn't have a good fit for my ears but it may be different for others.

These headphones start out great. I'm on my 2nd pair and the same issue of the right ear bud will not pair any longer. Will not ourchase again.

Pretty good air pods. Battery life is decent and sound is decent. They are not like apple air pods, but definitely good value for money

For the over all price i dont think you can get much better. Sound quaility is great my daughter loves them.

Keep a long charge also displays the percentage of charge on phone comfortable on ears not bulky clear listening

Great sound with decent bass unlike other airpod like ear buds. Comfortable for extended wear and I love the small charging case!

It is really comfortable in my ears and I enjoy wearing them during workouts and also rainy days. It is still works fine

The headphones were great but I had a really terrible time trying to connect them there was also a chance whenever I took them out of the case to put on both headphones wouldn’t be in sync and I’ve had to repeat the connection process over again the sound quality was pretty good better than I expected and they were pretty comfortable but they weren’t durable there was a silicone that goes around the speaker part that started coming loose not sure why ultimately I ended up returning them for that reason

Pairing was a bit confusing at first but these are an excellent alternative to AirPods if you are looking for a cheaper version. No complaints here in the actual usage of these buds.

Works ok, biggest complaint is you cant use one at a time. They both have to connect.

So far so good! Not only do they look great, but sounds and feels great as well. However, too much of a good thing could be bad. These headphones are so comfortable that sometimes theyre easily forgotten once in. One of them ended up falling out of my ear while walking one day and I didnt notice At All. Thank God it fell close to home. I wear only one at a time now. Lastly, they connect very quickly so taking calls is an almosy seamless process. I would definitely recommend them!

Great sound. Hold their charge well. Comfortable in my ears. All good, especially for the price.
