    Worked fine for about seven months but now the left ear pod frequently will not sync up and when it does it only stays on for about 15 minutes. The right side earpod works just fine. I've now ordered the BEATS Studio earbuds and hope to have better luck with those.

    First time buying buds. The price was very good and on sale. I was surprised how good the stereo sound was, You can turn volume up or down, pause the music, go To previous track. One feature I like is being able to answer phone calls while listening to my music. I would recommend to anyone

    I bought these JBL headphones that keep break on breaking on me and have been replaced many times and they keep on breaking connectivity issues speaker issues a horrible stay away at all costs i've been fighting with customer support for over a year and a half and now that I can't find Them to send back I'm screwed JBL is a shady company with poor quality products

    One Earbud won’t stay charged

    I would love to give a better rating. I have been using for 8 months now and the sound is great but one of the ear buds won’t stay charged. I can listen for maybe an hour and it beeps to recharge. Very frustrating

      Thanks for your feedback. We're here to help with your JBL Tune 230NC TWS. We recommend cleaning the ear tips by removing dust and wax using a pointed toothpick to remove larger amounts and a small amount of rubbing alcohol applied to a cotton swab for final degreasing.     Good Sound for the Price

    The ear pieces connected (to my iPhone) right away with no issues. The sound quality is very good (I am not an audiophile, so take that into account) and the app adds additional functionality to make the sound even better.

    Won’t charge after 4 months, do not recommend

    These earbuds always have trouble connecting to my devices, the right side will connect okay but the left side constantly has problems connecting. As of the last few days, they will not even charge in the case anymore. The case is not dirty on the inside, and the earbuds have very little use on them since they’ve been so hard to connect. Not satisfied with the product since they’ve broken under light use in a matter of 4 months since purchasing. The sound quality is good when it wants to connect, which is basically never. Would not recommend.

    This is my 3rd pair of JBL on ears to try and these were the ones I needed…great fit and even better sound. The noise cancelling is very effective

    Good bass, but max volume is still faily low. On an airplane you will struggle to hear dialogue if youre using it to watch shows/movies. Even with noise canceling on. Pairing with different different devices is challenging, not very easy to switch between phone/ipad

    Sound was great!!! Had to return 3 pairs within the course of the one year warranty due to either the left or right bud not recharging. They ended up replacing them with a different set.
