    Don’t connect anymore

    Had these for about a 1.5 months and the right earbud no longer connects or powers on at all. Great sound and app features but if the earbud doesn’t work it’s all useless. Great sound while it lasted.

    Well it doesn't hold a charged for longer than 4 hours. And sometimes when i take it out of the case I can hear a person but they can't hear me the speaker part doesn't work I think I only had this for about a month. I'm a little disappointed

    I love the headphone because they are small and fit in my ear, but i should've spend a little more to block out the noise. The earbuds pick up a lot of the after noise, but they are conducive to my ever day train ride.

    Good sound quality but bad quality overall. I purchase two pairs for my parents and both stop working after a year. I couldnt apply the fabric warranty. I feel very disappointed of this brand.

    Very good hearing except battery life does not last long i charge and 5 minutes they discharge

    I got these upon exchanging the 130NCs that hurt my ears so bad after like 30 minutes... I got home, charged them up, and then when I went to pair I noticed the right one didn't light up at all. Not when the case was opened, not when it was removed, nothing. Tried charging it again just to try to save myself a trip all the way back to the store... nothing. Pretty bummed considering I've always been a pretty big jbl fan.

Please try cleaning the contact pins on the case and the earbuds using a cotton swap dipped in rubbing alcohol. After cleaning each surface, use a cotton cloth to remove any residue, then see if the earbuds will now charge. If the issue remains, please contact our customer support for further assistance. JBL

    I bought these just barely over a year ago and the driver in the right earbud just gave out today. I tried a hard reset and a software reset to no avail. My pair before these were also JBL and the case stopped charging less than 8 months after purchase. JBL support said they were going to send me a pair of 230NC as a replacement for that pair. I bought these after they never actually sent me any replacements. Well now these are broken as well and I just passed my warranty period by a few days. I did love them for my podcasts and the noise cancelling feature. But I'm off to another brand now.

    Less than 3 months in snd right earphone wont charge. Not sure if mine was defective but for 50$, I expected more. No longer available for refund or exchange. They were decent quality but not reliable

    These were a great purchase at first, but then the ear buds went soft with the music even when I had my volume turned up all the way. It happened about 6 months after purchase.

    Nice earbud, fit great...would have rated them higher, but the right earbud would not charge and ended up doing a warranty replacement directly through JBL...their customer service was great!
