Posted .We're here to help with your JBL Tune 230NC TWS. Charging issues are usually caused by foreign matter on the metal charging contacts, such as sweat, grease, dirt, etc. To reduce the likelihood of these issues, we suggest cleaning the earbuds using a cotton swab dipped in rubbing alcohol to clean the metallic charging contacts on the earbuds and the charging case. You can use a cotton cloth to remove any residue and ensure that the case interior is fully dry before inserting them in the case If you need more help with the unit, please contact JBL Customer Support so we can assist you.

You can adjust the settings of the Equalizer, and it allows you to customize and enable advanced touch controls. For connectivity concerns, please make sure that the source device is near the headphones for fast pairing. If you need more help, please contact our customer support.

I've cleaned the case and buds many times without improvement. The left just keeps getting worse over time. It's basically useless now and I've had them less than a year. (For reference, no issues at all with the right one)

Can't do much now other than switch to an alternate (and pray they are any better)
