When plugging the charging base into the wall, you get good battery life on the buds for the first listen, less the second and even less the third until the base dies and you have to charge it again

Posted .We're here to help with your JBL Tune 230NC TWS. The recommended charging time for the charging case is 2 hours. We recommend leaving it on charge while the earbuds are inside, so it will carry a battery as well. It is also necessary to try a different USB cable or try another USB charger, rated at least 2 Amps for the charging case. If you need more help, please contact our customer support.

Posted .We're here to help with your JBL Tune 230NC TWS. We recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. These pins are sensitive to dust. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. If your left earbud is charging, there may be a possibility that your earbuds are in Mono mode. We recommend manually pairing both earbuds together by putting both earbuds in the charging case. This should automatically pair the earbuds together. If you need more help, we'd like to work with you directly. Please contact our customer support for assistance.

I was amazed at the quality and happy for the fact that I didn't spend a lot of money if I had bought the apple version. These are just as good if not equal in quality.

Unfortunately for the quality of these earbuds even the sale price is too expensive. These have a very cheap quality to them. I could describe it as plasticky. If you tap them with your nails they sound kind of hollow. But that is not the problem, in fact I probably would've kept them if that was the only problem. They make a very loud static type of sound around every 3 hours of playing. It's like they are exploding. There was a review here with 5 stars saying something along the lines of "it makes a weird noise but it is not a deal breaker". The noise it makes is definitely loud enough to be dangerous. It probably could affect your hearing. It is also such a mood killer to have this loud noise interrupting my songs. I returned the earbuds within a couple days. Of course there's always a chance that I got a defective pair. Did not want to deal with figuring out if it was

Don't sound as good as my Sony Linkbud S. The noise canceling is horrible. I actually use them with ANC off most of the time because it just doesn't work well. The App is nice. For the $79 i paid for them they are nice.
