    The best product that i purchase so far. Connectivity is prety unique. Like the sound quality but a little more bass in it would be better. Overall ratting, the product is great.

    This set lasted 3 months before the left one will no longer charge. So, now I have sets where the left one will not charge. These are total junk. Waste your money if you buy them!!

      Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We're here to help. You may try to clean the charging terminals on the earbuds using a swab dipped in a rubbing alcohol, as foreign matter on the metal charging contacts may affect the charging process of it.     Unfortunately I will be returning them as they were brought as a gift. The person we gifted them to had an android phone and we could not get them to connect. We tried several times. Unpaired and repaired without success. I love the JBL products but this one just didn’t work as expected.

    Worked great, after warranty went out the left earbud stopped holding a charge for more than 10 minutes and is now worthless. Get the extended warranty!!

    Sad broke wont charge correctly.. Wish Best buy would help. No help from the manufacturer..Step up Best Buy and help me. They broke a month or so ago and have been trying to get fixed. Please help.. They are still under a year old.

    a decent alternative to the ipods, price point is good, performance is the same , only issue is the ear bids are small, but they have a few sizes
