I've gone through several sets of inexpensive earbuds. It seems those would give out at the 1-2 year mark. I wasn't quite ready to spend $200-$250 for the Apple Airpods Pro even though several people told me they were the best. These JBL brand looked to be a good compromise. (A name brand at about half the price and as a Totaltech member Apple Care came free.) I've had them for a little over a month now. I use them almost every day while I walk. I knew from other reviews that you can't adjust the volume on the ear buds themself. I agree that that would be a nice to have. My only complaint so far was that one day they didn't connect initially. I put them back in the charging case for a few seconds and then they connected. Sound quality is good. I haven't really tested battery life since 1-2 hours is my limit on walking.

PERFECT!!! My primary use is to hear my own music mix when roller Sk8ing. Sk8 Rink djs play their music is very loud. These JBL's bass and the noise supression is amazing - without me having to raise my volume to the red zone I can hear my music well and enjoy getting my Sk8 on! I was impressed my 1st time using them - then, I downloaded the JBL app - wow!!! I HIGHLY recommend this product and downloading its app for the best possible performance!

Ome of my favorite head buds, I have the apple pros with noise cancelation and sadly for as much as they brag, they are junk. JBL when it came to the sound and noise cancelation for sure beat it. The long lasting battery is a plus for sure!

Was able to change size of part that goes into ear and with my small ears these were only ones able to fit snug and not fall out plus worked great never had any issue. My favorite purchase of ear pods forsure!! Had them for few years and still work the same when i first purchased them.

Great sound. Fits well/comfortable. Easy to control. Excellent battery life.

These are great. The battery life is amazing. I use them at work and I start work any where from 4 to 5 am and don’t take lunch til usually one and they never die then I put them in there case over lunch and they are good to go the rest of the day. I’ve skipped lunch before too the last so long. And the sound quality is great. And the price was great I got them on sell too.

They have great sound .good battery life My only 2issues are the buttons on the sides are to sensitive and when you change modes with them, the tones are insanely loud and hurt your ears. Noise canceling is a little to be desired

My "Go To" ear buds! Sound is clear and noise cancel features are great. The fit is snug and there are several different ear tip sizes to accommodate most users. The JBL app works seamlessly and offers ability to fine tune the experience. Also syncs up well with all my other blue tooth devices.

When they work perfectly, they are fantastic! Touch-sensitive controls for pause/play and three levels of noise cancellation. Very comfortable. Sound great! 50% of the time they do NOT work great. Losing sound every 5 seconds. Then the left ear pod stops working completely. JBL tech sport is useless in this case. Re-pairing with any consistency is impossible... you just have to get lucky for them to work. Really frustrating. Googling shows this is not an isolated incident.

Decent headphones. Sound is amazing and the sound canceling works as it should. Only issue is if you have them off but still in your ear for a while you have to repair within the case

I’ve used them at the gym and in a few flights. They do a good job for the money on the noise-canceling for ear buds. Overall I’m happy with this purchase and it’s battery life.

Been over a year. Durable after a thousands drops. But only issue is, have to work with ear piece to them to charge.

Well made & sturdy. Fits good in the ear. Battery time good & case fits well in the pocket also.

The sound was amazing so 5 stars but i would truly give it 3.5 they are not comfortable they charge and lose power easily, they do not fit well in ears and they are hard to pair within each other, my left bud gave out and no longer was pairing.

These are a good pair of affordable earphones. I'm not too fond of the button-shaped earbuds and am so thankful that this has a staff I can use to bring the earbuds in and out of the case. The sound is good. It has a decent amount of bass and no audio issues when hearing music or taking calls. Based on my moderate usage, the battery lasts a couple of days which is what I would want from the earbuds. The noise cancellation could have been slightly better. Overall I like this earbuds.
