    Junk . . . Taking them back.

    ANC is worthless outside. They lose connection 30ft away. App can't find them most of the time. Strike 3. Taking them back.

    Not compatible with kindle fire only reason I bought them. Other than that they sound great

    Bought for receiving phone calls during work. Sound is good and easy to use. A bit expensive compared to many generic brand.

    At first these weee great earbuds sound was amazing. But then they started not golding there charge, they would show 100% charged and once connecred they dropped.down to 0. Do not buu

    dont get me wrong, these ate great noise cancelling earphones however my left ear piece stopped connecting/chargjng after 3-4 months aftwr buying them. Ive tried to clean them and disconnect from bluetooth but it still will not connect or show the LED light flash.

      We're here to help. We're sorry to hear about what happened. Here are some cleaning steps for re-establishing charging: If you have charging problems, the first step is to always clean all contact points, on each earbud and on the charging case. You will need: cotton cloth or makeup swab, cotton swabs and rubbing alcohol. Also a pencil with eraser for further cleaning. Use a cotton swab with some rubbing alcohol to clean the charging terminals of the headphones. Wipe the contact pins in the charging case with a clean cotton swab. The swab can be slightly moistened with rubbing alcohol, but it is important that the interior is completely dry before closing the box. Use the cotton cloth and wait for it to dry.

      You may manually pairing the earbuds by pressing both dedicated buttons/touchpad of the earbuds once then press and hold it for 5 seconds for the earbuds to connect with each other.

      You may also reset the unit by pressing both dedicated buttons/touchpad of the earbuds twice then press and hold it for 5 seconds. Place the earbuds back into the charging case to restore the unit to default settings. Once the rest is completed, manually pair them again.

      If the problem persists, please contact us, so we can assist you in checking your warranty. JBL

    Good product at first, long life and good sound quality. Unfortunately, after a few months the left earbud loses quality in the sound and battery life. After some research, these are prone to that. So I wouldn’t recommend for long term use or for the money

    They worked well for a couple of weeks going into a month then left side started going out!

    Don't buy if you want an earbud for a long time.

    While it works well. I'm very upset with the built. 6 months after the case holds no charge. Yesterday, I left my case charging the whole day, and out of the charger for the night.. Surprise, the case this morning is at 50% charge. I already had a factory reset here and clean all ports.. That's not the issue.

Our JBL Tune 230NC TWS has up to 40 hours of combined battery life, where you can use the earbuds for 10 hours and charge them up for another 30 hours from your charging case. The music playtime also varies depending on the audio content, volume level, and if the ANC is enabled when playing music. JBL

    They turn off and you can’t turn it on without a case. Ambishurs are not suitable for everyone, the quality is low. The sound is below average. Those who use Bose and Sony headphones are in for a big disappointment. The equalizer is more for visibility, there is no sound drawing. Wouldn't buy a second time.

      If the earbuds go into standby mode and turn off, you can still use them without putting them back into the charging case. You can reactivate the headphones by pressing or touching the outside earbud itself. While for the sound quality, please try different source devices and music applications.
