Nope…it’s a nope for me.

Not good JBL! Do better! These aren’t cheap either. So this is the only jbl my family ever own.

Posted .We're here to help with your JBL Tune 230NC TWS. Please try doing a factory reset. To do this, double tap either the left or right earbud and hold it on the 3rd tap for 5 seconds, then put the earbuds back in the case to complete the reset and forget the name of the earbuds on the source device before connecting again. If the same issue remains, please contact JBL Customer Support for further assistance.
Noise Canceling...Nope

I was expecting a better sound quality, but when I'm using these headphones the person(s) I'm talking with says my background is so noisy.

It will reduce the unwanted noise coming from the outside but this will not cancel out the noise on the microphone. Deep bass but bad voice call

So i am recommend to someone who it for calling. But for listening the music is acceptable.

We are currently in Brazil and JBL does not offer international support. Garbage.

Charging issues could be one of the reasons why the earbuds are not working properly and these are frequently caused by foreign matter on the metal charging contacts. We recommend cleaning the contact points on the earbuds and charging case to see if it helps. Inconvenient, poor design.

Usually, a great brand but this buy was $100 down the drain. I had these headphones for 6 months and they worked well at first, eventually one earbud or the other would disconnect or they wouldn't charge. I did my trouble shooting and deduced that the charging pins must be defective. Customer service was willing to replace them, but make you jump through several hoops to get your warranty replacement. What a real letdown, Harmon/JBL.

Disconnects from the phone in between calls. I have seen better connections than this in cheaper earbuds.

Great sound
