One of earbuds was defective. Have to return the device back to the store the next day.

They don’t work well on noise cancellation they are too sensitive to the touch

Not good if there is any noise in the back ground wind definitely kills the quality

Right bud broke less than a month of use. Just normal use nothing too rough.

I purchased these on sale but even for full price I think there worth it . Great bass sound quality is very nice and perfect fit never falls off my ears like other earbuds . I give them a five star rating .

The ear buds have great quality and the resolution of the speech or music is fantastic. Having 4 different size ear pieces to fit your ear provides for the proper fit. Would recommend these ear buds. Also easy to set up on bluetooth

Great sound, love the battery life, charges quickly and also enjoy the different levels of sound canceling technology. I would recommend them to a friend or family member.

I wanted to love these, I really did. But overall the cons really can't be overlooked TLDR Stopped working correctly, buggy connection, sound degrades, and tactile buttons suck. CONS -Left earbud stopped charging after 2 months. Tried cleaning the case, the terminals, nope. Nothing helps. -They also have a hard time connecting in general, and especially once you disconnect them once. I paired mine with my computer one time and it took me an hour to unpair them with my computer and reconnect to my phone. -The max sound also Ieaves something to be desired. I downloaded the app and turned the EQ to max and then they got decently punchy, but the sound quality went way down. -Plus just a couple weird things like the case doesn't stand up on its own with the top open (even with the buds in it). -Or that the side tactile "buttons" are SUPER buggy / not responsive and you fee like your tapping directly on your eardrum until they decide to work. -OR that they're designed to work with location on... Why? That creates potential issues during airplane mode, which is half the reason I wanted NC headphones. PROS -Sound quality was well balanced throughout (unlike airpod pros / beats). -The app provides cool options. -Fit was very comfortable and not heavy. -Noise cancelling was great while it worked. -Ambient aware sound was pretty good. -Battery was pretty solid. -Water resistance is very useful. I really enjoy JBL products, so I hope this is just a me problem, but based on other reviews I don't think so. Don't recommend.

I got them for 49.99 sound real good for good price batteries last for long time is better then airpod I recommend to people to but it

these are great buds... plenty of power, stays connected well, dont fall out(airpods fall out), charge quickly,

These earbuds are quite good exept that the noise cancellation isnt the best and sometimes glitches out with certain noises.sometimes after putting it back in the case it doesnt charge(if this happens take it out for a bit and then put it back in).sounds very nice and i like the amount of bass it has. battery life is amazing through out the times i’ve used them i have never had them die and they charge pretty quickly

Good sound. A little difficult to figure out at the beginning. The instructions are kind of useless

A few years ago, I purchased a set of inexpensive J-Lab earbuds. They worked well but just were not loud enough when cutting grass or other noisy environments. I then stepped up to these JBL Tune 230NC earbuds. The sound quality & volume was great. They worked well but one of them stopped charging & connecting. I found the “reset/restart” feature which would fix the problem for a couple of months. Now the left one seems to work only when it wants to. Tried cleaning the contacts inside the case & on the earbud itself and that hasn’t changed anything. Finally decided to bite the bullet & spend the extra money for Apple AirPod Pros (V2) and I have to say that they are phenomenal so far. Goodbye JBL

Good headphones. Solid sound quality. Not a "booming" sound if you're looking for that kind of thing. Headphones could've been louder for my taste. Not the strongest bass if you want that Boom. Best for podcast listening, phone calls. Great battery life!

These are great I work from home and these have great sound good battery power and lasts all day with minimal charging thru the day.
