Left ear died less than 4 months. Get the warranty

They sound great but just like some of the reviews, the charger would not hold a charge and the left ear completely died. Right ear would just blink blue. Luckily still within the warranty period and jbl website support sent out a replacement. They upgraded me to the jbl live pro 2 tws. Much better design and sound even better!

I use one at a time and 1 literally last me a whole 12 hour shift. Only thing I dont care for is the fact that everytime I have one in and somebody calls i have to switch the audio back to my headphones. Other then that i love them!

Bad sound equalizer and poor reliability

Unfortunately the right side tends to drop off and not produce much in terms of volume. Many times the headphones have stopped working even though they’re completely charged. They’re comfortable but at I won’t be buying anything from JBL in terms of earbuds for a while. Im going to have to buy a different pair from another brand. Oh well…

To do it, double tap the right bud and hold it on the 3rd tap for 5 seconds while they're out of the charging case, then put the earbuds back in the case to complete the reset. I’m not sure why everyone has to buy products just for the brand name. Anyway, I got these at -50% so it was a steal and, even if they break, the added Cost to replace them is still below ONE pair of AirPods.

The charge they hold lasts forever. I've had these since 10/22 and I've only had to charge the base 3-4 times. I use these mostly at work and for 4-6 hours a day. Highly recommend, especially if you can find them on sale.

Also I had them for less than 2 years with little use and they slowly stopped working. I had to contact the manufacturer to use the warranty. Just go with Jlab in this price range
