Sound quality is great and the battery life WAS great at first, but after 11 months of use, the battery dies after about 6.5 hours (rated for 10 hours when new). I need something to last an 8-hour workday and these are not lasting anymore. I doubt this is covered by a warranty since batteries are expected to decline over time, but I expected it to go for a couple years before becoming a problem. With that said, they are clear sounding, loud, and have great bass. If not for the battery issue I would definitely give 5 stars.

These JBL buds are twice as good- nay- THREE times as good as my previous Samsung earbuds for my Samsung phone. Easy to pair, great audio, and great features. Good battery life and charging times too

Amazing purchase! My wife has a galaxy phone and was looking for something with Google built in and these did not disappoint! I found these on a Black Friday deal but I would’ve gladly paid top price for it. Sound quality is awesome, batter is too. Great job, JBL!

Sound loud and clear last long battery charge quality

Fantastic sound! Good bass and treble range with the noise suppression does a good job of keeping ambient noise away. The style stays in the ear easily as compared to others and more comfortable than IPods. Worth several time the price I paid Best Buy.

These are great! Great sound and features for noise reduction and great distance, the charging and battery life is the best. This was my 4 pair. I have a pair in my car, my room and bought my GF a pair abe lost a pair :-(

Sound quality and comfort are great. However if you touch the side of the earbuds they will change modes. Not good if you are having a private conversation and the earbuds switch to speaker mode on your phone just because you touched them by accident.

Actually better than I thought. I bought these on a limb because I was about to go on a long flight and didn't have my other noise cancelling headphones. And they surpassed my expectations especially for the price. Highly recommend, work great on a plane, or when you're vacuuming, mowing the lawn, etc.

I’ve been buying JBL for over 35 years and I knew I would not be disappointed. Had to change the size of the ear tip to get the correct seal, and the rest is history. Downloaded the app to get my equalizer set and it sounds great! This will be a good “gateway” pair until I can invest in a higher quality model. Having trouble pairing to my personal laptop and my work laptop, but no issues with my iPhone.

These are probably the best headphones I have ever had. Battery life is good, sound quality is awesome, and they are easy on the ears. Through the app they have an ambient mode which is perfect while you walking or working allowing you to be aware of your environment.

Love these. The mic on them for phone calls is fantastic. Tons of versatility in the different function. Three noise cancelling modes, five different sound sertings, including custom sound settings. And the sound quality is top quality for the price these are at. Far better than airpods .

Overall I really enjoy these headphones they last almost 9 hrs some days on 1 charge, Ive used them daily for the past few months. My only complaint is they fall out from time to time but for the most part pretty great product. Would recommend!

Very good sound quality. Very durable and light weight, feels like there’s nothing in your ear with how comfortable these are. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for some good earbuds for work/fitness as well since they sit snug in your ears.

Wear these everyday. Love them. This was a great pick. Super fast charge and last 6 to 8 hours.

They have great sound .good battery life My only 2issues are the buttons on the sides are to sensitive and when you change modes with them, the tones are insanely loud and hurt your ears. Noise canceling is a little to be desired

Love how it sticks in your ear and doesn’t come out or move around. Quality is superior, I use it when I cut the grass and can barely hear the mower. Noise cancellation is flawless!!
