If you use the JBL app on your phone, you can adjust the sound so that it is exactly how you like it. There are also other customization options in the app. These were a great deal!

I haven't used them yet, honestly. I have used JBL ear buds before and was surprised by the quality. I expect the same from these.

Would not recommend these ear buds!

I even tried cleaning the contacts on the ear buds and the ones in the case and still no luck. My replacements ended up developing the same problem but this time with the right ear bud a couple months after getting them.
