Picking my phone up, putting it in my pocket, or even flipping it over will make the earbuds cut out for 5+ seconds while the connection reacquires. Music/audiobooks chopped up to the point of being unlistenable. Do not waste your money.

If the problem continues, reset the earbuds and try pairing again. To reset, with both earbuds on, and not charging, tap the right earbud two times and hold the button on the third tap for more than 5 seconds. If the issue continues, please contact JBL Customer Support.

Posted .Our JBL Tune 235 NC automatically goes in pairing mode once removed from the case; it will connect with the last connected device. If you're having connectivity issues, we may need to try a factory reset. Double-tap the button on the right earbud, then on the third tap - press and hold the button for more than 5 seconds (until the unit shuts off). This restores the earbuds to the factory defaults. TWS must be connected to perform the reset, so neither of the earbuds should be off or in the charging case. It also may be necessary to remove or forget the earbuds from the list of paired Bluetooth devices in order to pair again.

When using for phone calls, you can not hear the person (the one wearing them) because if there is any slight wind or any noise in the background, it'll be impossible to hear and understand. It got annoying so returned for another brand.

However, i also used them for to talk on the phone. These buds did not cancel out any noise. The main reason i purchased it was for the noise canceling. So i returned it.
