Connection problems where one bud just drops out. Only kept them because the phone quality was great... until I lose one bud mid call. My 4 year old Pixel Buds blow these away... still.

Posted .Our JBL Tune 235NC TWS can be used with our JBL Headphones App where your can modify the settings of the earbuds; EQ settings, Noise cancellation mode, and more. To sync the earbuds, you may place and remove on the case, the earbuds would sync again. If you need help with the replacement earbuds since you lost it, please contact our customer support and we'll help you with the parts replacement.

Charging issues are frequently caused by foreign matter on the metal charging contacts. This can include sweat, grease, ear wax, etc. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. If you need more help, we'd like to work with you directly. Worst headphone

Voice assistant does not work at all with this one no matter how much I tried resetting and reconnecting. People on the other end of the phone call cannot hear me clearly at all even if I am in a quiet place with very good connection. I’m not sure how people give this excellent readings. I literally threw them out the window.

One Earbud Won't Charge
