Sound quality is fair - not great. Instructions that came with them consist of a couple pictures which I have not been able to interpret.

We appreciate you taking the time to provide us with your feedback. Here are some troubleshooting steps that can help isolate the issue with your JBL Tune 235NC. First, you may try the various ear tip sizes to create the best seal and audio performance. Next, check the balance control on your source device by going to the "Accessibility" settings, and checking the balance control in the JBL headphone app. After that, you may try to connect the headphones to a different device (phone/tablet/music player) to see if it fixes the problem. The last step is to clean the ear tips. Cleaning the ear tips is something that should occur on a fairly regular basis. When wearing in-ear, because of the seal that is created, our ear canals can get moist and develop dirt and debris. The screen in front of the ear tip is extremely small and can get blocked by this debris. When it gets blocked, the sound is unable to pass through the screen. If the issue remains, you may contact our customer support. JBL

These are really good, the only problem is they don’t last. This is my second pair, the charger inside the case will stop working.

We're here to help with your JBL Tune 230NC TWS. We recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. These pins are sensitive to dust. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. If you need more help, we'd like to work with you directly. Please contact our customer support for assistance. JBL

ANC off and Ambient mode are fine and expected, but the ANC itself is some of the WORST I have ever had in an earbud. I don't even think it helps at all compared to ANC off, could make it even worse, I wouldn't know.

It's absolutely impossible to use them for phone calls. You can barely hear the person and they can barely hear. Works fine for listening to music or watching videos. The audio for phone calls is very disappointing.

Junk. The largest size earbuds supplied can only fit a child, if that. You cannot buy aftermarket larger silicone because they will no longer fit into charging case. I have spent more time pushing into ear and searching on ground when they fall out. Noise cancellation is non existent. Got these on deal of day for 30 bucks still got ripped off.

This is not what we want you to experience with our JBL Tune 235NC TWS. To achieve the best seal and secure fit, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. Also, the noise- canceling feature of these earbuds can only be activated while playing music. For further assistance, feel free to contact our customer support. JBL

Thank you for your feedback. To isolate the issue with your JBL Tune 235NC TWS, please check for any walls, obstacles, or other wireless devices that may be interfering with the connection. If it functions properly at 10 feet or less, it is likely that something is disrupting the Bluetooth signal. Next, try forgetting the device on your phone. Then, perform manual pairing by tapping the earbuds once and holding for five seconds on the second tap, while the Bluetooth is enables on your device. For further assistance, please contact us. JBL
