    They are supposed to be noise canceling but they aren't they'll cancel you but not the background noise

    The first pair lasted 5 months before one ear pod died. Got another pair of the same since I had the 24 month warranty under my membership and my son liked them. Well the second pair lasted 4 months before the same issue happened. Returned and went with some beats the 3rd time around

      We appreciate you taking the time to provide us with your feedback. Here are some troubleshooting steps that can help isolate the issue with your JBL Tune 235NC. First, keep a clear line of sight between devices to avoid interference. Shut down unused Bluetooth devices that could interfere with the connection. Avoid concrete/brick walls that interrupt the signal. Next, forget/unpair the headphones on your device then manually pair them to your source device, this will help refresh the connection between devices. Last is the reset, with both earbuds on, and not charging, tap two times and hold the button on the third tap for more than five seconds. If the issue remains, you may contact our customer support for further assistance. JBL

    I am so disappointed that the left piece runs out of battery within less than 10 minutes .. I tried factory reset but that did not help ..

      Thanks for your feedback. We're always looking for ways to improve. For our JBL Tune 235NC, charge the battery to 100% and then listen to music without any bass boosted, and at a very low volume. If the battery lasts close to the published up-to playtime, the battery is working fine. However, if you get less than 90% of the published specification, this likely means that the battery is losing its capacity. If the issue still persists, please contact our customer support. JBL

    These are working great, I usually wear them each morning on the treadmill and they keep unwanted noises from interfering with the music I want to listen to.

    Sounded great. One bud will hold a charge no longer than 15 minutes. 13 months old. 12 month warranty. They know their product.

      Thanks for your feedback. We're always looking for ways to improve. For our JBL Tune 235NC TWS, we recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. These pins are sensitive to dust. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. If the issue still persists, please contact our customer support. JBL

    They are difficult to pair, have no volume control on the buds themselves, and can only be turned off by putting them back in the case or through the JBL app. Pay more money for better quality sound or less for simpler earbuds that dont require an app to turn them off. Returning as soon as the store opens.

    One quit working within a month, Bestbuy won’t return because I don’t pay for their extended warranty policy. Next time I’ll buy on Amazon, send back within a year that they’re warrantied.

      Please try cleaning the contact pins on the earbuds and the charging case. It could also be possible that the pins are damaged which could be the reason why the buds are not charging. Our JBL Tune 235NCTWS has a one-year limited warranty, please contact our customer support for us to assist you. JBL
