Not recommend for phone call audio

You can barely hear the person and they can barely hear. Works fine for listening to music or watching videos. The audio for phone calls is very disappointing.

ANC sucks

I don't even think it helps at all compared to ANC off, could make it even worse, I wouldn't know.

Don't waste your money

Posted .We appreciate your feedback. With TWS ear buds, charging issues are frequently caused by foreign matter on the metal charging contacts. This can include sweat, grease, debris, etc.
These issues can be resolved by cleaning the contact points on the earbuds and charging case. Please head to https://support.jbl.com/us/en/howto/true-wireless-headphones-cleaning-instructions-for-re-establishing-charging-us/000016909.html for detailed online intructions.

Posted .We appreciate you taking the time to provide us with your feedback. Here are some troubleshooting steps that can help isolate the issue with your JBL Tune 235NC. First, keep a clear line of sight between devices to avoid interference. Shut down unused Bluetooth devices that could interfere with the connection. Avoid concrete/brick walls that interrupt the signal. Next, forget/unpair the headphones on your device then manually pair them to your source device, this will help refresh the connection between devices. Last is the reset, with both earbuds on, and not charging, tap two times and hold the button on the third tap for more than five seconds. If the issue remains, you may contact our customer support for further assistance.

Awful customer service

Warranty process is awful. Slow responses, dishonest reps, misinformation, poor documentation… nothing short of terrible.

If it functions properly at 10 feet or less, it is likely that something is disrupting the Bluetooth signal. Next, try forgetting the device on your phone. Then, perform manual pairing by tapping the earbuds once and holding for five seconds on the second tap, while the Bluetooth is enables on your device. For further assistance, please contact us.
