Not worth it
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It’s the worst Bluetooth I ever got . It keeps connected to my phone even if I’m not using it, so I have to turn off the Bluetooth function on my phone to talk. And sometimes they don’t get charge one of the earbuds . This happened since I bought it.

Posted .Thanks for your feedback. We're always looking for ways to improve. For our JBL Tune 235 NC TWS, source devices (phones, tablets, etc.) all behave a bit differently. Some have very loud outputs, and some can be quite a bit lower, even at maximum volumes. You may try to use an equalizer like JBL Headphones App on your music application to adjust the volume to your preference. If you need more help, please contact our customer support.

Connectivity Issues
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sound is cutting out every 30 seconds. I factory reset the earbuds 3 times and messed around with the settings and the issue persisted. I read multiple people have been having the issue even with the previous model. Very disappointed with the product!

Horrible Wireless Earbuds
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Easy to lose. Not very loud. Noise canceling is a joke.

Posted .We appreciate your feedback. Our JBL Tune 235NC have active noise cancellation (ANC) feature which helps reduce the external noise. To activate the noise-canceling feature, tap your left earbud once. You can toggle between on, off, or ambient modes. With ambient mode, you can still hear some external sounds if you need to be aware of your surroundings. You can also adjust the ANC mode using the JBL Headphones App. For optimal noise reduction, make sure the ear tips fit securely in your ears. To achieve the best seal and a secure fit, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. You can also try different sizes of ear tips that came with the headphones to see if a better fit. For volume issue, if you have already maximized the volume levels on both your source device and the earbuds itself and still find the loudness insufficient, please note that the EQ (equalizer) feature can be accessed through the JBL Headphones App to adjust and enhance the volume levels of specific frequencies in the audio signal. If you have already tried this and remain unsatisfied with the loudness, rest assured that we're always looking for ways to improve, and your feedback will be forwarded to our development team for future improvement.

||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Such a hassle to try to get them to charge. Most of the time they don't charge

Posted .Thank you for reaching out. With TWS ear buds, charging issues are frequently caused by foreign matter on the metal charging contacts. This can include sweat, grease, ear wax, etc.
These issues can be resolved by cleaning the contact points on the earbuds and charging case. If you need more help please contact our customer support.

Posted .Thanks for your feedback. To have better sound quality, you may check your device's music player app to see if the Equalizer is engaged. If engaged, turn off the Equalizer. If turning it off does not resolve the issue, turn it on again and adjust the EQ by boosting the bass to your liking. Our JBL Tune 235NC headphones have active noise cancellation (ANC) feature. To activate the noise-canceling feature, tap your left earbud once. You can toggle between on, off, or ambient modes. With ambient mode, you can still hear some external sounds if you need to be aware of your surrounding. Ok earbuds
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Nice earbuds but returned because they didn’t fit even with smallest caps. Have a lot of JBL products but these weren’t as nice as I thought they would be. Noise canceling was good and sound was better than most other earbuds.

Posted .Thanks for your feedback. Here are some troubleshooting steps that might help to isolate the issue with your JBL Tune 235NC. First, you may try to clean the charging terminals on the earbuds using a swab dipped in rubbing alcohol, as charging issues are frequently caused by foreign matter on the metal charging contacts. We also recommend cleaning the contacts with the tip of a pencil and the eraser at the end of the pencil, as the graphite and rubber can help to re-establish the connection between the earbuds and the case. If your need further assistance, please contact us.

Posted .Thanks for your feedback. If you're pairing a new source device, make sure the Bluetooth is enabled on the device and select "JBL Tune 235NC" in your phone's Bluetooth settings. To manual pair, tap either left or right earbud twice and hold on the second tap for 5 seconds. If the problem continues, reset the earbuds and try pairing again. To reset, with both earbuds on, and not charging, tap right earbud two times and hold the button on the third tap for more than 5 seconds.
