For our JBL Tune 235NC TWS, we recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. These pins are sensitive to dust. Sounded wonky out of the box: Distortion, sound going in and out a bit. A week later, since I was hardly using them, I realize it’s the left speaker. It had a distinct static sound in the background, and was not stable. Barely caught the measly two week return period.

Posted .We appreciate your feedback. The two earpieces should automatically be paired and connected together without issue. However, if they are no longer paired with each other, please follow these steps: First, manually connect the earbuds together by turning them off before placing them in the charging case. When you remove them from the charging case, they should automatically reconnect. Also, try to forget the earbuds in your device's Bluetooth settings then reconnect them again. If the issue persists, initiate a reset by tapping either the right or left earbud twice and holding it for 5 seconds on the next tap. Lastly, try to connect the earbuds to a different device (phone/tablet/music player) to determine if the issue lies with the earbuds or the initial device you paired them with.

Get sonthing withput an app

I wasted good money and needed them. It's frustrating to not be ablr to trust this company.

Waste of money. Do not buy

They would theh stsrt pairing seperstely and not as pair ao i could onlybget audio in one earbud at a time. Noq just a couple months later theyre dead. This is my second set of JBL earbuds. Both broke far to soon. I will jever buy a jbl product again.

Posted .Thanks for your feedback. Our JBL Tune 235NC should turn off and start charging once the charging case is closed. You may try to clean the charging terminals on the earbuds using a swab dipped in rubbing alcohol, as the issue can be caused by dirt on the foreign matter on the metal charging contacts. We also recommend cleaning the contacts with the tip of a pencil and the eraser at the end of the pencil, as the graphite and rubber can help to re-establish the connection between the earbuds and the case. If you experience dropouts within 10 feet, there may be interference. To resolve the issue with your JBL Tune 235NC, ensure it is within 10 feet of your device with a clear line of sight (no obstacles). Try to forget/unpair the speaker on your device, and initiate a reset. To reset your unit, first make sure that the case is not charging, tap the right earbud twice, and hold the button on the third tap for more than five seconds. Lastly, try to connect the speaker to a different device to determine if the issue lies with the earbuds or the initial device you paired them with. Posted .Thanks for your feedback. To raise the volume on your JBL Tune 235NC, make sure that both your source device and the earbuds are set to their highest volume levels. Activate the noise cancellation feature by pressing the button on the left earbud once until you hear a confirmation tone and see a white LED light up. You can also use the JBL Headphones App to enable or disable noise cancellation and adjust other settings. You may also initiate a reset. With both earbuds on, and not charging, tap two times, and hold the button on the third tap for more than 5 seconds. Broke in 45 days

It is now the 3rd week of July and my left earbud will not charge over 10%. I am over my 30 day to return frame. So im out 100 buck. Im done with JBL.

Problems

To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. Also, the noise-canceling feature of our JBL Tune 235NC TWS can only be used when music is playing , and to activate it, please tap the left earbud once.
