    With in the three months one side just doesn't want to charge anymore I had a airpod last for 3 years. This was supposed to be my replacement

    Will not connect to Computer. Chatted with horrible support and they said it has a faulty battery; however, I have had them 97 days and they say it is non-returnable.

      Thanks for your feedback. If you're pairing a new source device, make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your computer and select "JBL Tune 235NC" in the Bluetooth settings. For your earbuds to be in pairing mode, take them out of the charging case. The earbuds will turn on automatically and enter pairing mode. If the problem continues, reset the earbuds and try pairing again. To reset, with both earbuds on and not charging, tap the right earbud two times and hold the button on the third tap for more than 5 seconds. If the recent support has confirmed that your unit has battery issue, please be informed that all our products come with a one-year warranty.     The return window was only two weeks and the left earbud stopped working. My son bought them with a gift card he had been saving. He is disappointed. I am going to see what the manufacture warranty is too.

You can also do a reset with both earbuds on, and not charging, tap two times, and hold the button on the third tap for more than 5 seconds. If the problem is with the earbud not turning on, please try cleaning the contact points on the case and earbuds to check if the unit will charge.       Our JBL Tune 235NC TWS is recommended to connect with smartphones, tablets, laptops, or PCs. Although it can connect to your TV via Bluetooth, you may experience audio-video delays as these earbuds aren't equipped with an aptX low latency codec. JBL

To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal.     Stopped working. Expensive but terrible. 99 dollars yet failed after a month or so. I am very disappointed with the product.

    If I could give zero stars I would. I purchased two of them. One the only function that worked by finger was volume, and the sound quality was bad I tried a few different equalizer apps none of them helped much. On the other pare only one ear worked.

    These headphone were very good at first but now they are Terrible super buggy the left ear pod barely has any noise coming out now. I do not recommend.

    For music they were very clear. However the moment I would take a call it would disconnect every couple minutes to every few seconds. They were useless.

    I was immediately unimpressed with the sound of these things. Tinny, no low end, and not very loud. I tried a bigger set of rubber tips, which helped a little, but still... My old, wired $20 Sonys blow these away.

    Ear buds are not noise canceling. I wear them at work and a crackling noise comes out of the speakers. I cant use them. All music is distorted.

    I did not like the service, picking them up and I do not like the product. unsatisfied. I went out of my way to pick them up and It was an overall horrible experience.
