If you have already maximized the volume levels on both your source device and the earbuds itself and still find the loudness insufficient, please note that the EQ (equalizer) feature can be accessed through the JBL Headphones App to adjust and enhance the volume levels of specific frequencies in the audio signal.       We're here to help with your JBL Tune 235NC. Let's isolate the issue by connecting it to a different device and reset the earbuds. To reset, with both earbuds on, and not charging, tap the right earbud two times and hold it on the third tap for more than 5 seconds.     Right headphone randomly stops working for hours or days at a time

To re-pair them again, please try placing them back in the case, close it, and then take both the earbuds out at the same time. If the issue remains, try resetting them by tapping the earbuds twice and holding them for more than five seconds while it is powered on. You may need to 'forget' your headphones on your device to pair it again. For further assistance, please contact us. JBL

    You cant use them to cancel phone call and when you have one the ear you can hear everything. You can barely hear people talkimg on them.

      We appreciate your feedback. To enjoy the great quality sound of our JBL Tune 235NC, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. You can also replace the open ear tips with the sealed ear tips that came with the earbuds to see if they fit better. The other different sizes of ear tips are included in the box. To have better sound quality, you may check the music player app to see if the Equalizer is engaged. If engaged, turn off the Equalizer. If turning it off does not resolve the issue, turn it on again and adjust the EQ by boosting the bass to your liking. Also, try to connect with a different source device and change the streaming music application. JBL

    They claim to have pure bass but I bought a defective pair with pure Trebble. Terrible headphones

First, forget/unpair the headphones on your device then perform manual pairing. You may also try to connect the headphones to a different device (phone/tablet/music player) to see if it fixes the problem. Lastly reset, with both earbuds on, and not charging, tap two times, and hold the button on the third tap for more than five seconds.
