This will be mostly criticism so I'll start with the positives. - Great microphone - Excellent battery life - Great Bluetooth connectivity distance - Great in-ear fit - Solid ANC The overall design is solid, but it's really lacking in other areas. Problem #1: The audio volume is in a very narrow band. If most earbuds go from 10-100% volume, these earbuds feel like they go from 30-80%. I can understand the high end volume being lower but the minimum volume is really too loud. You can change this slightly with the app audio settings but this also significantly decreased the maximum volume. Problem #2. Intermittent Bluetooth issues. Every so often the connection to the earbuds cut off for a half second. This happens roughly every 10 minutes when using the earbuds. It's most problematic when using both earbuds because when audio resumes about 25% of the time the audio between earbuds will not be synced properly. There will be a fractional delay from one ear to the other. This is unusable and requires you to turn off and reconnect the earbuds. Problem #3. This is the biggest issue and it seems like something that should have been figured out during testing. Whenever you first put in the earbuds, the noise cancelling mode defaults to full audio pass-through. It will go to this setting whenever you open and close the case too. But this setting is overly sensitive and will pick up far too much background noise to the point that you can't hear the audio playing. I get around this by using the touch setting, but you can only use one "category" of touch settings at a time, so if I'm electing to use the noise cancelling touch settings I can't use them for pause/play or other useful features. There's no way to change the default noise cancelling setting. I have also in the past had to open the app every time I put in the earbuds, but neither of these is a reasonable solution. This was an obvious issue to me within hours of purchasing these earbuds, so it's strange that it never got spotted beforehand. It's because of these issues (mainly the second two) that I'm replacing these earbuds.

This headphones were better than I suspected, sound quality was great, battery life was pretty great and they were easy to wear for most of the day. I would recommend these to anyone

I'm very happy and satisfied with the noise cancellation, sound, clarity and fit of these earbuds.They enable me to easily drift off to sleep while commuting 1.5 hrs each way to and from work in a crowded van with 9 other riders with the driver's radio station filling the van with annoying static filled sounds. I also use them while riding my Harley for clear, great sounding music, phone calls and GPS directions wherever I go.

Great sounds long battery life comfortable fitting

Best earbuds I've had in a while! Battery life is fantastic. Sound quality is awesome, and the ability to switch back and forth from noise cancelling to regular with a tap of the finger is great! As a runner, I don't need noise cancelling while on the road, but on an airplane, these are fantastic!

I use these daily for 10 hours straight. The battery always lasts, they do a great job with noise cancellation as I work in a welding shop with lots of power tools. They sound great and have great Bluetooth range. These are on par with air pod quality for a fraction of the price.

I bought these got my husbsnd who works in HVAC, and is hard on ear buds, phones ect and they have really helpbup nicely and he can hear on them great. The sound is awesome as he listens to his music all day. So great battery life as well.

Good bass and sound quality. Noise cancellation isn’t perfect, but if a baby was crying on a plane and you had some music playing, you wouldn’t notice. I know because it happened to me less than a week after purchase. Would recommend.

Overall good. Good sound good fit. At one point ine earbud was very low in volume would not turn up but then i reset it and it worked again. But only happened once. Other than that good.

Verily, these headphones doth provide remarkable value, a stark contrast to the acquisition of Apple's product. Their enduring battery life is most impressive, and the melodious timbre of their sound doth enchant the senses.

Great quality and battery, only complaint is every once in a while the right earbud has troubles connecting.

Overall, I'm enjoying the jbl ear pieces. They are comfortable to wear, good sound clarity, but the adjustment is too limited for my liking. This was a very good value.

The charger case stopped charging the earbuds after about a month making it all useless

I had to work with people talking loudly so I tried this. It was efficient enough s.t. I could focus (I mean I still hear noise but much quieter). Also it's comfortable.
