Good headphones. Weak on the bass and loudness tho

Good headphones. Solid sound quality. Not a "booming" sound if you're looking for that kind of thing. Headphones could've been louder for my taste. Not the strongest bass if you want that Boom. Best for podcast listening, phone calls. Great battery life!

The sound is great but can’t talk on the phone only one headphone works when trying to talk on the phone. Hopefully I can take them back and get manufactured warranty and get a new set I just bought them about a month ago.

Thanks for your feedback. We're here to help with your JBL Tune 235NC TWS. Sometimes, new or additional wireless activity near you may cause pairing interference. Pairing issues

Sound good. Noise canceling is adequate. Often have problems getting one to work though. The right one quit paring properly after a week. Cleaned the connectors and did a few factory resets. It seems like i just need to open and close the case and sometimes hit it a few times until both earphones get lights on then they will pair together. Rather annoying and it started right after i threw away the box so i cant exchange them

Thanks for your feedback. We're here to help. To manually pair the earbuds to your phone, turn them on, tap either the left or right earbud twice, on the second tap, hold it for 5 seconds until the LED indicator becomes flashing blue light. You may also reset the earbuds by turning both earbuds on, tap two times and hold the button on the third tap for more than 5 seconds. You may need to 'forget' the headphones in Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet in order to pair it again. If these steps don't work, for further assistance, please contact us at (800) 336-4525 Mon - Fri: 9:00 am - 11:00 pm (EST) Sat-Sun: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (EST) JBL

Good for audiobooks not so much for music.

These are just okay. If you’re listening to a audiobook or podcast they work fine. However the sound is very trebly (little bass) when listening to music. But for the price, I guess you get what you paid for.

We appreciate your feedback. We're here to help. For your JBL Tune 235NC TWS to give you the best audio response, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal to achieve the best seal and secure fit. Then, check the EQ settings and try turning it off or on. Lastly, try connecting it to other devices. If you need more help, please contact us. JBL

Pretty disappointed, ordered in store yesterday for next day delivery at my house and they came in a ripped box. ANC seems non existent, when I turn it on and off I can't tell a difference. My $30 Anker sound core p30s were much louder, more features, more mics, and better noise cancelling. Will be returning these as they're twice the price and half the quality

Fit well right out of the box.Need to download a separate app to access settings. But left bud keeps dying. Frequent issues with connecting via bluetooth. Was looking to upgrade my old airpods at a not-apple price. You get what you pay for apparently. Returning ASAP.

We appreciate you taking the time to provide us with your feedback. Here are some troubleshooting steps that can help isolate the issue with your JBL Tune 235NC. First, keep a clear line of sight between devices to avoid interference. Shut down unused Bluetooth devices that could interfere with the connection. Avoid concrete/brick walls that interrupt the signal. Next, forget/unpair the headphones on your device then manually pair them to your source device, this will help refresh the connection between devices. Last is the reset, with both earbuds on, and not charging, tap two times and hold the button on the third tap for more than five seconds. If the issue remains, you may contact our customer support for further assistance. JBL

    Not good.

First, let me say I like JBL. Im very happy with my Xtreme 2 bluetooth speaker and I have the JBL Live Pro 2 earbuds. The Live Pro 2's sound fantastic with rich bass that reaches pretty deep in the frequency range, and the noise cancelling is great, so I naturally figured these Tune 235's would be a good cheaper option for my wife to wear at the beach. I was wrong. Even with a good fit in the ear, the sound quality from these earbuds is terrible. Bass response is garbage and the tinny highs make these sound very cheap. We returned for another set and tried them on multiple devices and they just don't sound good, even with the JBL app and EQ. I honestly won't know how there are so many good reviews for these. If you're into music and sound quality at all it's not difficult to tell these sound like tin cans. My wife doesn't get into audio like I do at all and when she first tried them she immediately said "These sound awful, are they supposed to sound like that? They sound cheap, I'm taking them back." I expected better from JBL when they advertise them as having deep bass ON THE BOX! Testing back to back with my Live Pro 2 earbuds, these Tune 235 are not even remotely close. What a let down. Save your pennies and get something better.
