This is the charging design for all JBL earphones. I have gone through plenty due to the charging connectors wearing out.

This would be the second pair of JBL ear buds that I've owned and both pairs did the same. Left ear bud stopped charging. On the app it shows 100% charged. When I remove it from the case to use it it drops to 20%. Then it goes to 0.

There is literally 1 brand that does it well, but they have discontinued, so I gave JBL a try after purchasing 3 other brands, and, low and behold, it stretches my ear painfully, and I can only wear them for a few minutes at a time. And before you come after me, yes, I change out to the smaller attachments, but that's not the part that hurts; it's the base that rests in the outer part of the ear. Oh, and the sound quality isn't great either.
