    These were a great purchase at first, but then the ear buds went soft with the music even when I had my volume turned up all the way. It happened about 6 months after purchase.

    Really happy with these JBL buds. The sound is awesome, especially when multiple equalizers are set. You will need to add the JBL app on your smartphone for accessing the features.

    Listening to music sounds great!!! Not really good at using all the features yet. Sometimes when touched they will start playing music when I’m just trying to put them in my ears. But I still like them.
